But a company in Hong Kong has been turning old, scrapped and unused leather collected from Italy into stylish products since the 1980s.  

These products are sold in Malaysia since the middle of last year at Rec-ed or Recycle Edition at the Suria KLCC.

Proper fitting footwear essential to healthy growth of a child. 

According to Bob Hardy, Clarks’ shoe fitting expert from the UK, the bones in children’s feet are developing as they grow so having shoes that are too big or too small will affect the way the bones take shape. 

“A child’s feet grow about 16 to 18 millimetres a year so it is very important to choose the right shoes for them. If the shoes are too small, kids tend to curl their toes in. If they are too big, they tend to shuffle when they walk so that the shoes won’t come off.
