i think term is the free cake must be same price or lower.
I think they will set limit on how many u can buy also (since it’s while stock last basis), maybe each person max is 2 (including the free one).

If anyone going to find out terms & conditions applied pls don’t mind to check how many sets (buy 1 free 1) will be available for each of the 10 outlets mentioned, I guess will be 10 also, if that is the case, no need to waste my energy lah….
I guess definitely more than 10 at each branch, otherwise how to promise 20 types of cake?
i personnaly think Secret Recipe is not generous on promotions and discounts. But i would say they r one of the cheapest among the coffee hses. So i personally dun think the number of cakes on offer is a lot. i doubt whether i will be able to get any cakes. i hate it if i hv 2 q 4 more than 1 hr. lagi geram, if x organised properly. wat with q jumping and all that. arrggggggggg.
Buy 1 free 1 whole cake promotion? I’m interested! But I wonder if it’s a “buy one whole cake and free one slice” promotion eventually? Sometimes advertisements can be rather tricky though…
Oopss… I’m staying in Kuching! and I won’t benefit from the promotion!!! Why not throughout Malaysia branches??? It’s so unfair for East Malaysians…
There is an article on the star today. It says that approximately 6000 cakes are allocated for this promotion. Some of the cakes available are the chocolate banana, chocolate indulges and cheesecake range.
So that means on average 600 cakes for each store and if each person is limited to max 2 (including the free one) then 300 people from each store can get the buy 1 free 1 deal.
Wow…if what Shane said is correct, at least worth trying our luck lah…….
Haha … we just received an SMS that’s there over 20+ people lining outside the Secret Recipe in SS2!! Talk about kiasu, talk about cake lovers, talk about FREE Things! It really works! !

Just came back from SR Tmn Tun. Reached there at 9.40am and got my cake at 11.20pm. 1000 cakes is allocated for this outlet according to the staff. Cakes that is on offer is :

My sis reached BB outlet at 10.35am, came to her turn only at abt 1.45pm, she was the 199th customer for that outlet. No idea how many were allocated for that outlet, but ppl Q like mad. She mentioned that not worth for spending time like this, better buy at normal price if really want to eat.

my boss went to line up at one of the branch…according to the staff, there is still about 150 pieces….tumpang for myself as well….but dunno where got bo….hopefully there is still somemore….

My sister did her fab duty of queuing at Sunway pyramid outlet. Managed to grab chocolate indulgence and sugar free moist cake. People waiting in line like crazy…long lines.. In 8tv news feat about this secret recipe promotion.
haha…manage to grab new york cheese and raspberry cheese cake…so exicted…..hey guys, if interested, try the ttdi, hear they have new stock arrived a while ago…good luck

I bought 4 sets of cakes. 8 in all. I know I hardly need to eat cakes, but it’s a good deal. I hope they last years in my freezer.

Wow… the things we do to save … and that is to spend! It’s not the norm to buy whole cakes except on birthdays, etc… but in this case, it worked !! Looks like it’s cake for every meal … burp!
