advise to newbies to this sale check the face powder sometimes they’re crushed or broken so open it first, same with mascara it could be dry! foundation is good! and lancome skincare same with perfume. go really early because its mad pack of people!

More words of caution… if you’re buying lipstick, please check that they give you the correct colours. Also, the last time I bought the Lip Rouge range from Lancome at the warehouse sale, some of them had a really awful smell. So, it could have been really old stock or just bad stock that they’re trying to get rid off.

after a some bad experience with this warehouse sale don’t think I want to go there again! The have the silly VIP invitation where the staff keep calling ‘VIP, VIP’ and let them enter the room first (while the crowd outside almost burst the whole place). Come on lah, since they are VIP then beauty counters is the place to be and no special treatment should be given if they choose to come to warehouse sales.

Just a word of caution, you guys who are planning to go. The crowd will be REALLY, REALLY out of control. I’ve only ever been to this w’house sale once & the bad experience is enough to last me a lifetime!! Never again!! But for those of you brave enough to try, all the best! Hope you end up with good bargains!

i went last year at 10am. crowded but still ok as it was weekday. this time cant imagine as it SATURDAY, lots of ppl not working…. for sure double, triple crowded. IMZ.. advisable not to go!!

means i have to pay 60ml price for 30ml perfume
i think somebody change the perfume..
so she get 60ml perfume with 30ml price….

i think it’s quite safe for those who’s pregnant, but better bring fren or hubby just to grab for you the items…as i see the queue is systematic and they actually control the crowd in the ballroom during my visit last year..but i did saw another chinese lady who bought few set of Biotherm together with parfum somemore (almost 10 items) queueing, it’s not meantly 5 items per person as stated in the card!! i guess…..

Really strange to do on one day onl, usually this sale runs for 3 days, whereby 1st day crowd is crushing, and by third day, crowd a little less and barang mostly tinggal not so laku stuff (but price might be slashed even more).
Usually i go on last day, on the last minutes, so that don’t have to queue and can get quite cheap fragrances, but now do on one day, dunno how to plan oredy, might not even go this time….

I dun think i’ll go tis warehouse sales again since I went in last year… it’s REALLY REALLY crowded!
I had a bad experience tat happened on last warehouse sales which d “LADDIES” whose wear d ‘high-heel’ shoe keep stepping on other ppl feet & never care bout others!! REALLY Bad Impression!!
N it is not really cheap on those skincare products after i checked wit d retail price… It is about less RM20-RM60 onli… wat for i go there again? I can get d best service fr d beauty counter…

My guess is that, for 24-25, they have another loreal whse sale (for skincare products etc, not fragrances) and for 26th, just fragrances. Their staff might be engaged for both events…
Anyway, for those who enjoy a potential bargain, and willing to rough it up with the crowds..this event will be right up their street. For sure their event will be jampacked with people! Worst perfume whse experience, having to queue up for hours with thousands of people waiting for the the door to open (somemore, some of the people queueing up really need to use perfume, if u get what i mean).
Best experience, getting tester bottles really cheap near the closing time…

U are so right. These girls with high heels have no consideration towards others. I mean, i know it’s a sale and with in a massive crowd, u’re bound to accidentally step on somebody’s feet or get pushed, but come on! Leave the heels at home! (Or in the car) They don’t even say sorry, they just have nooo consideration towards others.
And it’s true, better service AND i don’t get my feet full of heel marks, over at the counter.
*Seriously ‘ladies’, leave the heels..

i went to their warehouse sales dilligently every year for the past 4/5 years..
and the last 2 years they’ve hiked up their prices- almost for everything, be it lancome,shu or perfumes..
and the difference is not that much.. not warehouse worthy for somethings that are near to the expiry dates.. for rm150 for a parfum & lotion gel manufactured 2 years or a year ago, i’d rather buy the confret set during xmas or during sales/promo. plus another rm40-80, u’ll get both or more items in nice packaging, not near expiry dates n in the comfort of air conditioned!
last 2 years they hv the sets at rm50-rm120, so tats a different story la. and the shower gels/lotions/deodorant used to be at rm10, now rm30-rm50.
to me, not worth the hassle,parking,long q, stepping or pushing people etc.
anyways, happy shopping!

Lancome tresor EDT 50ml rm100, miracle forever EDP 50ml rm140, miracle so magic EDP 100ml rm180, miracle homme 100ml rm140 and Armani summer mania 75ml rm150.. I aim just for the perfumes.. didn’t look at the cosmetics/skincare.. very very very crowded..

just back from there…
VERYx10 CROWDED!!! Crowded together!!…grrrr……………..even i reached there bout 9a.m!! manage got some , a set of biotherm skin care only at RM 115, Aqua source face gel, Lancome men scrub two for RM30, Lancome Wrap, and the most excited was i got the black fake eye lashes, .:P
* For Syaz, just now i got saw a box of miracle forever series included one 50ml, 2 small bottle of body lotion only at RM160…

just got back from there. came at 9.30, the quieu had been already longggggg……I entered the ballroom at 10.40. God!!!!! the shu stand was very very very crowded. Thanks God I got some….blushers,l/s,e/s palette….
Shu’s at the good offer i think…..2 blush@50, 2 l/s @50. The palette which in sephora 65USD…I got only 80RM!!
& got some l/s&juicy tubes from lancome….
& package of 4 miniatur lancome @80RM (not bad)
& summer mania Armani 75Ml @150 (a little bit pricey….but it’s for my hubby who’s very understanding to let the wife went homr at 9a.m for the cosmetics warehouse ahahhahahahah)
that’s all. without the shu…i think it’s not this interesting :))

everyone becomes crazy because of this warehouse sale…
i reached there at 9.40am. thought that i might get opportunity to grab more…who knws, there was a long queue, and v had to queue up for abt 2 hours…and i think ppl is still queuing up under the crazy sun now…pity..
still got lot of stock of lancome skincare, uv expert rm 60, if buy 2=rm100, shu make up base rm 70, lancome color fever gloss rm 40, juicy glace which is limited edition rm6o for 3 tubes.quite great deal..
fragrance lik miracle, no more…
mioracle forever still got some…
mascara for lancome in black colour, habis…
i think they provide lot of stock, but just because too many of ppl, so no more stock there…
the expiry date is quite near, beware of it..
erm, i was not really enjoy this time…

i reached there at 9.30am and the was queue was already near the entrance to the lobby. the crowd was let in in-batches n i managed to be inside the ballroom by 10.40am. not much variety for perfume. was looking for chacharel anais-anais perfume but none available. they only have in coffret set at RM100 for a 30ml edt-lotion+body shampoo. no more ralph lauren blue. a lot of stock available for ralph lauren rocks perfume n lotion.lancome miracle sold out. lancome tresor 100ml edt at RM100. all the perfume products still in good nice packaging. a lot of biotherm and lancome skincare product, prices ranging from rm30 -

i beratur for 1 1/2 hour jee..& then i chow! gila crowded betul!
my fren reached there about 3 o’oclock..& d people still ramai, but x seramai masa i sampai pagi² tu..
haishh! nxt tyme plz buat at weekdays! not weekend!! arghhhh!!

Reached at abt 9.05am, already big crowd & managed to enter abt 9.45am eventhough there were already a lot of ppl inside, maybe they are the so called VIP ? Grabbed my targeted items quite smooth & finished my shopping at abt 10.50pm. The cashier counter were clear as a lot of ppl stil grabbing…..A lot of Lancome skin care products were cheaper then last round at Crown Princess. Mostly that I bought were more than 50%. Facial foam were abt 30% off. Total spent abt RM1.400 & very justifed.

as i was working 2day(unlucky me), only managed 2 go at about 5.30 pm…there was not much people already… no queue watsoever……the only available perfumes were ralph lauren rocks, polo green, cacharel amor2 pour homme & sunshine and also cacharel noa perle’ set..also lancome o’de and tresor…however, i was a bit lucky coz 5 minutes after walking in, the staff started reducing prices for some these perfumes…rm 20 lesser…so, managed 2 buy the cacharel noa perle 50 ml set at rm80 instead of rm100 and amor2 pour homme 125ml + aftershave for rm120 (before was priced at rm150)…
would juz like 2 ask some of the early birds, was there any armani code or ralph lauren romance in the morning?
anyway, anybody who went here, did u guys/gals went 2 the metrojaya warehouse in shah alam? there was also perfumes on sale- quite cheap. I bought ck euphoria 50ml at rm99 and also jlo live 50ml coffret set at also rm99…

hi ninie.. i was there early.. nope no ralph lauren romance in the morning.. armani oni armani summer mania for men.. choices for ladies perfume very very limited.. for armani and ralph ladies nothing actually except ralph rocks(kalau tak silap la).. lancome ok la.. got a few choices.. overall dissapointing also.. compared prices with the departmental store.. guess i save 25-30% for each bottle.. oh yea i also bought biotherm compact powder refill 2 for rm60..

i think this is the most lousy warehouse, no coordinator to manage the crowd, the rude service from the staff and etc. i believe to those that went to the sale early in the morning will having the same thinking like me. i reached about 9.20am and only managed to go in about 10.30am. the stupid staff let the late comers go in first and i think he don’t know who came in fisrt, i think is very unfair and stupid. but the worst one is what? the staff said : if all of you don’t line up probably i won’t open the door. so what? don’t buy lah, what a big deal! without us how you going to clear all the most expired stock, right?

Queue horrible! Management not good! Parkroyal staff not helpful at all! I could go on and on but what the heck!
I got my fair share of items … Biotherm Eau Vitamine 100ml at RM45, RL Rocks 100ml at RM80, Lancome O’de 75ml at RM80, Armani Mania Deodorant Spray 150ml at RM30, Cacharel Amor Classic and Sunshine (Homme) 100ml at RM100 each.
Well done to myself! My money well spent!

Reached at 10.20 and managed to go in at 1.00. So kesian!! Lots of cheap stuff gone. Still managed to get wat i wanted ! Should organise on weekday! Heard staff shouted at some visitors !! not well managed this time !

yup, some of the staff was so impolite, but some of them were so nice, especially the lancome’s staff, they were giving their good service…but not the others…
if the same warehouse sale held on the weekend next time, im sure i will not go there…never ever…

I understand that some ppl might have some bad experience with this w/hse sale, which I also noticed that this round the organiser really did’t do a good job in terms of q’ing at the entrance point. However, not all the staff were bad. Especially the Lancome skin care section staff were very helpful. I even have the chance to choose around by looking at the manufacturing date, etc. Although I’m a regular customer of Lancome, but I still keep on asking the staff abt differences among their products & which suit me most. They explained to me too even if the crowd is terrible. Another thing is, I also feel happy that I don’t have to utilise my annual leave by just going for w/hse sale, and can shop at the weekend.
For those who interested in knowing how to become VIP, as per my checking with the cashier, they are their own staff & suppliers or business associates.

i had a really bad experience at this sale.
i got there early. not even 9 yet. queued up quite in front.
then the latecomers decided to cut q.
had the whole management fiasco,ppl shouting etc2..
got it..got my stuff..
but alas,
I GOT PICKPOCKETED!!!!
My purse was in the front pocket of my jeans and blouse was covering it, yet I still became a victim. No one’s fault but mine.I know that.
Told the management but they just shrugged it off. They didn’t even consider doing check ups on ppl leaving. Lost about RM600.
Oh, well..learn my mistake.Next time I will only take along cash and no purse when I go to a warehouse sale. And stuff it somewhere where no one can reach them like socks or dalam baju haha..
So EVERYONE..beware k..don’t let yourself be a victim like me.
And I hope orang yang curi itu will get itchiness and terrible alleriges when they use the product they bought with MY money.
p/s-I wont go to this sale next year because it’s not even cheap. only 30% discount for perfumes. Can get better deals for coffret sets and stores.

I remember that their previous warehouse sales was in October 2007. I found that a lot of products are leftover from that warehouse sales. And, they somemore increase the price. Example, Biotherm Whitening Essence, was selling at RM80 during prev. warehouse sales, now selling at RM100. The stocks looks older than stocks in prev. warehouse sales. So as the manufacturing date. This is not a good bargain warehouse sales. But still got ppl grab like no need money one.. dunno whether they regret or not..

althpugh it has been a week…but i tell u the experience is soo bad that i can still remember it…it was the longest queue ever that i have experienced for warehouse sales since i am a warehouse freak…i reached there at 1020 with my fiance and we only managed to get in at 1230!..just a few minutes before the sun is atraight aboive my head i get to go in the hotel..thank god…and and and the products expecially the good perfumes all sold out…the not so nice perfumes are still there..and the staffs is really really really rude…they can shout at us like we r criminals, or beggars..we r actually there to buy the prodcuts ok…no proper coordination…bad organizers…the only thing that i think is ok is the cashier..they have lots of cashirs..so the queue to pay is noit bad..so i was forced to buy cos my fiance warned me..”u better buy sumthing if not i will kill u for making me tag along…”

Glad i didn’t go to this whse sale. Few years ago, the sale was excellent, managed to get Polo Blue men 100ml + women100ml for rm180. Came in at noon on a saturday and berlenggang masuk, no queue whatsoever. But now, people wise up and flock to pfume whse sale like crazy, so organiser also wise up and price up their stuff accordingly! Haih…price not so cheap anymore. Better go to Mustafa in Singapore, can get great prices there!
