This is the Reply to your reader’s question : In the seasonal Metrojaya in-store Blockbuster sale, we do not give discount on Cosmetics and Fragrances. Due to space limitation in our selling floor, merchandise is restricted to existing selling items . In the case of the coming warehouse sale, Cosmetics and Fragrances will be on offer of up to 70 % off , we will be selling some of our display props and we have also invited other suppliers to sell quality items at very low price “

the cosmetics and fragrances as stated in the pricelist are exactly the same as the last month’s warehousesale in armada hotel organised by the same company. I guess there are plenty of stocks left that is why they have it under the metrojaya warehouse sale.

hai guys, just got feedback from my sister. So many people there and they also have other parfumes than the listed items above i.e bvlgari, ultraviolet but mostly 50ml. The toys are cheap and kids cloth mostly for girls.

pukul 10am..we all sampai takde org lagi..n takde crowded!barang2 banyak sgt..dan murah2 jugak..yg dari bahagian RS kena pandai pilih sbb takde la murah sgt..yg best sommerset bay up to 70% n then baju for man byk pilihan..semua up to 70%!toys..pun ok la gak..big2 items 50%..dapat beli big doll house rm45 je..barang n baju for infants pun byk tapi tak byk brand..minyak wangi n make-up best la..most of it up70%..byk pilihan but queu nak bayar mmg panjang berjela..homewear semua yg bagus2 jugak..rasenye stok dari living quartes..pinggan n mangkuk byk pilhan..yg reject n defect pun ade jugakk..murah!oraite thats all..happy shopping!

Went there at 1pm, spent RM311 for 26 pieces of Somerset Bay tops, skirts & shoes. Range fr RM3 and above. Husband bought 2 Smalto long sleeves office wear, Rm10 each. There’re lotta stuff, but only problem is parking & no clear sign. But notice some toys were cheaper during last Metro Sales. Didn’t manage to go through everything, too much too see..!! Long Q for pymt. No good !!

I went there this morning with my sister, arrived at around 10:10am. Still able to get parking opposite the road. Fragrance for famous brands like Dior, Chanel, Clinique, Shu uemura all not available. Some fragrance from YSL, Britney Spears, Kenzo, Bulgari and some others available. Clinelle skin care mostly near expiry date, but at very cheap price like RM5, RM10, was told that product still can be used 6 months after expiry date. Averine cosmetics and Airiles available as the price list. Kate, Media cannot find at all, don’t think it’s there. Revlon cosmetics have more, silky girl a little. Revlon foundation and mascara a lot from RM5. Revlon last limited edition product also available, at higher price like RM15~20. Bloop de Paris available but not that cheap, I think. The cosmetics and fragrance is separated from all other items, must enter a special area at the far left end. Ladies handbag not much choice, not that worth also, many only 50%, was looking at belts, not even have any discounts. That’s all we browse, when we leave the place, it was already 12:30pm~!! Really have to go early. And better don’t bring your handbags, they’ll put your handbags in a plastic bag and seal it, very troublesome later you’ll have to dig it out to make payment.

hai..i went yesterday, arrived at 9.50 a.m& got parking inside the factory..spent about rm515..heheh..perfume flower by kenzo at rm99, ck euphoria at rm99, paco rabanne rm99, 3 sommerset bay shirt for rm132 (really worth it!!!), skirt at only rm6 and 2 nite tees 4 rm10..hb spent rm30 for 2 smalto short sleeve..long Q for pymt, but their mgt is so goood & no problem at all!!! so worth it..will love to go again in their next warehouse sale..no need to buy perfume for the next 2 years..hiihhi

went yesterday. parking on at the road side only! very packed! i think sommerset is worth to buy. c the Q too long, ended not buying. bb clothes not really cheap. how come a simple t-shirt tag RM50plus, after less 70% still around Rm15 not worth at all to buy. saw some for newborns stuff very nice @50% disc. Thought of going but scare of the long Q. bags are not cheap even @70%. can get same when sale !

Went there during lunchtime yesterday!
Went in at 1pm went out nearly 3pm! hahahahahaha! Itupun tak sempat round habis.
Overall, satisfactory! Anyone planning to get married this year and looking for perfume for hantaran, better go now! I spent RM300 for 3 diff perfumes! Worth it! Planning to go back today to browse for other things. Hope the stocks are replenished, or else, siapa yg pergi smalam considered lucky to get d good2 things! Not for the fainthearted.. I pitam 3 times yesterday masa queue…

Yeah, I was looking for all those versace brands but the promoter said the ones that are displyed are the ones available. Which means, the price listing given tak buleh pakai pun….. I was looking for MNGs also, but takde jugak… My advise, don’t depend on the listings…

YOE, i just bought one versace perfume but for hubby 50ml for 69. some finished. u can go, no so crowded as yesterday. pay thru cosmetic counter less than 10 min. but becareful.

as of yesterday, nothing found under versace… but my sis informed me today they have Beckham’s perfumes, MNG, Mochino.. I think they’re pulling out diff brands.. but still nobody mention anything about versace… sob, sob… i’m so sad… want to buy some things from versace… my dear, i think u better not go with ur condition la…. my friend just called and said there are soooooooooooooooooooooo many people there. Next time, u go eary in the morning ke? And to avoid long queue, go through fragrance area and exit to pay from there.

eyebrow pencil rm5 and eyebrow sharpener rm2.
perfume Luciano soprani EDT 100 ml=rm69.
they told me versace for man sold out since yesterday. only left versace for woman.

some prices that i remember:
bvgari colongne + body lotion set = RM120
incantio perfume + lotion set = RM120
mandarina duck 50ml near RM50
vesase blue jeans men dunno 30ml or 50ml = around RM60+
friends men 40ml around RM50

i went there today at about 2+ pm. crowd not that bad. not as bad as pureen warehouse sale definitely! and no need to queue for payment. many counters open, so everything’s a breeze.
toys- xbyk choices. price wise- so &so.
kids clothing - as per normal sale. i think.
women’s n men’s clothing- got some cheap stuff. ok la.
sommerset bay- very cheap! but the design also very the victorian like la.but the kids sommerset shoes are cheap. rm13+ only!!
at the reject shop area- they hv rm7 very2 nice design cushion covers n table runners.
for mommies to be- lollipop mittens- rm1. i prefer this brand compared to anakkus/ pureens as the size is just nice. but only one colour- blue. wash cloths- rm6-9+, blankets- rm9.95. lollipops bedding/pillows/bolster/pillow cases- from rm4.95 onwards. to me worth buying coz metrojaya & isetan already discontinued lollipop & goldbug- they replace with luvable friends & bumblebee (which are much more expensive and the most discount you can get is 20%- and they dun hv mittens!!).
toys r us avenue k is also clearing their lollipop’s thingy but not many choices in terms of the size & design.
too bad the sales person told me that yest- thurs, they were having goldbug socks (the 6 pairs per set) & mittens (3 pairs a set) at 70% less!! they are the most perfect mittens & socks!!( to me at least). after less shud be around rm12 for the 6 socks and rm 6 for the 3 mittens
buat sakit hati i je… huhuhu..
huge crowd & horrible traffic anticipated tomorrow (as it is saturday and most people cuti), so people, u hv been warn!!

p/s: on an unrelated note, to mommies - rm5 very cute disney pooh rompers at brand outlet the curve!! very2 cute and these are the good ones- not yg wash-2-times-the-shape-lari type. got very nice rm5 girls pants & tops. definitely better than the pureen warehouse sale!!

i went there about 5pm 2day..juz 2 avoid the crowds…still a lot of stuffs, especially men’s apparel n kidswear, but for ladies, i think the nicest somerset’s baju dah hbs kena borong the 1st day la…especially for small size like me…
anyway, for perfumes i noticed what’s left are kenzo, bvlgari, 212,thierry mugler,moschino.miss sixty, luciano n a few more brands…however, all these perfumes pun dah x byk tadi…
no more jpg le male, or CK, or Jlo, or ferragamo…for cosmetics, still a lot, but maybe not many choice in colors…

I went there on the 1st day and purposely hunting for perfumes. The crowds was ok, not so many people. And i managed to get Morgan De Toi Love 100ml for rm68, Moschino I Love Love 50ml for rm86 and CK Euphoria 50ml for rm99. I went back home and still dream of shopping some more, so I came again on the second day, and borong a few more; 4 boxes set of Narciso Rodriguez for Her 50ml for rm120 each, add another 2 more the same Moschino, 2 boxes of Salvatore Ferragamo Incanto Dreams 50ml for rm120. It was so damn good! ;p

I don’t think it’s worth going, The things aren’t as cheap as a warehouse sale shud be. Loreal’s warehouse sale is wayyyy better. For revlon cosmetics, i think the Alliance’s warehouse sale is better, more choices. Even the bags and belt are not cheap (and so ugly!). The shirts are cheap though but u have to dig thru huge piles…..

went there today…
i actually spoke to the MJ’s staff..they will add more new stuff each day…but the perfume and cosmetics were still on today…and in case, they have not finished the stock by today, they must sell it still tomorrow cuz their aim to let go of everything!
anyway, tomorrow, they will start auctioning the stuffs! so those who have time, this might be the best reason to go! the price will go lower than what we had known earlier by tmorow!

I know d sale is over already but just wanted to update. i went there on sat at 12:15pm, so many people macam pesta. anyway, mens shirt short sleeve Durban RM15 so cheap. long sleeve brand smalto (european fabric) RM19. so many other types of shirts. lollipop stuff (byk pillows) also cheap. baju baby & todler, i found that it was cheaper at anakku sale but still cheap lah. nice shirts for my 1 year old @ RM13 plus. at anakku could get for RM10.
mens wear memang lot of choices. for ladies, summer set is cheap but baju2 singlet, chemise, skirts, etc. not so nice ones. household stuff also lot. mattress protector Queen size RM76 only. bedsheets also cheap range from RM 39 onwards. i spent RM420 for 7 mens shirts, 4 toddler shirts, 2 bedsheets, 1 matress protector, 1 disney big t-shirt, and kenzo flower 50ml (RM80)

went there on saturday. arrived at around 11 am. crowd not so crazy, yet. directly lari to perfurm section. sedih cuz morgan dah habis. bought only 2 jenis perfurm, elizabeth arden RM78 and Agatha Prada (or what la, can’t remember) RM29. bayar, then went back inside. reject shop, same like their kedai promotion, so just lalu je. toys, same juga during blockbuster sale. baju, dont have the energy cuz masa tu dah nak dekat pukul 12 then suddenly the crowd macam kena sampuk hantu, tetiba jadi gila. sampai ada announcement minta parents with kids to kluar from the gudang since its too damn crowded and terlalu la panas. didn’t go to the sommerset section, but after reading comments, can make conclusion, the price not so warehousy because hari tu pegi that one reject shop yg nak tutup, price the same juga.all in all, cuma worth untuk terjah the perfurm section sahaja.
p/s: unrelated ngan metrojaya warehouse sale. went to aussino kat ikano, ada promotion for bedsheet yg kain t-shirt. RM150, buy one free one. hahhaha!my aunt pegi berpanas dan bersesak kat warehouse sale yg ari tu, RM75 for one. sama gak, kan? hahahha!

I went there on the first day itself. Bought quite a number of stuffs. 2 formal men wear. 2 casual men wear. 2 ladies top. a number of guys boxers. there’s perfumes but not enough time to grab. Queue was OK. All these items for less than RM200.
