The price range is crazy… the clearance sale is actually just a weapon of attraction for those who a weaken by the BRAND and the word SALE.
Then cheapest is RM1,00K - 10,000K (You are paying for the tax duty actually..)
For those who are a@ the midle income… please control urself.. since this will bring the petrol & other prices up… If you do concern of the Malaysia Economy.. please start to Boicot all overseas product for our country sake.. Otherwise people will be suffocating of the price increases persistantly..

if you want to buy authentic coach products, search for those selling online the original items, many malaysians selling coach items these days directly from US, some more they can get better latest designs or ask your friends to buy from premium outlet in US.

Hi all,
been to the sale at Pavilion just now during lunch break…all sales items are at 30% off. Lotta people.
I’m a Coach handbag lover, I like the design and quality. Of course, it’s definitely cheaper getting it in US, plus there’re lotta outlets in US. If you can afford it and lookign for something not so common, there’s quite a good selection.

hi,
i went to pavillion outlet as well and the selections are quite nice. i arrived ard 1230 and not so many people inside. it looks like a private sale to me. hehehe..
everything in 1st floor is less 30%. i managed to grab the signature stripe in orange/red tote which is originally at RM1375 and after less is RM963. For me it’s totally worth it as i already aimed for it for quite a while now. plus is less than 1k! how can u get a coach bag below that price tag! btw, when i arrived, this sales person told me that originally, there were 25 pieces but in less than a day, only 5 pieces left.
i agree US is much cheaper since i bought 2 from there before but since i’m not planning to go to US any time soon and my US friend already returned to m’sia for good, for me, the purchase is totally worth it!

Nearly everthing is 30% off!!! Of course the new range and popular items like the bleecker sig duffle in white trim or brown trim is not on sale.
It is really much cheaper….I spent a bomd at the Gardens Outlet..if I have more money, I would have bought more…..
Was looking for the Signature Stripe Tote but there were none at The Gardens….the one with lots of colour and not the bi colour one.
What me, my mum and sis bought:
Bleecker Signature Duffle in black trim (wanted the brown trim but not on sale. Brown have to wait until year end sales and I can’t wait! Only 3 piece available and only the display unit is available when I left)
Madeline Medium Tote in khaki chambray (have been eyeing this for a month or so, only left the display unit when I left)
Legacy Signature Tote in black trim (the only piece available!)
Signature Stripe Swing Pack in brown (the only piece available! I simply love the brown signature and Malaysia usually only bring in the khaki signature)
Signature Scarf Swing Pack in gold trim (a chance purchase, and all taken when I left)
Signature Floral Tote in gold trim (looks ugly on the web but extremely elegant in real life, all taken when I left)
My sis and I bought the Ergo pebbled leather tote in natural and black a month ago from an online seller at RM1290 and RM1690. The idiotic thing is they are US factory defect…the same tote is selling at RM1,277.50 and RM1,697.50 respectively at the boutique and brand new!!! Sobs…..Emy, go grab your Ergo tote!!! I love the burnt orange tote but I can’t have more than one of the same design.

Yes, this is not really a clearance but a normal sales. The normal sales in Singapore and Hong Kong is 50%. But then, it is still cheaper to buy here during this sales than flying off to overseas to buy right?
Called them frantically at 10am to ask about the items that are on sale…..
In the morning, had the luxury of choosing at my own pace. Later in the afternoon when I went back to pay (left my mum there to jaga my loot whilst I go take money), there was queue outside to go in and a long queue inside to pay. Lucky my mumm has queued up for me already.
When we finished paying, the queue outside was OMG…
Not many things left….if you are dreaming of owning a Coach at a cheaper price, go have a look NOW!

Lots of women and men were frantically trying to find what they want in the Coach store @ Gardens Midvalley. Long queue at 3:30pm when I was there. Most of the items were already sold out. If you want to buy something in Khaki or Black you are advised to go quickly as those are very popular colours. Bleeker in signature denim and white leather is also on sale. I don’t know about Pavilion or KLCC. I went to the one @ Gardens only today =) Happy shopping!

Btw, some designs and colors on sale were not on the rack. Ask the sales assistant for the design/color you already know you want. They might have it in stock but not on display like the bleeker signature denim/white. I bought one after asking (large one) and another in brown for my sister.

How much cheaper are Coach bags in the US? Are these prices at boutique or factory outlets? I’ve always been more of a Gucci/Ferragamo fan but if it’s much cheaper in the US, I don’t mind checking the prices out cos I’ll be there in Sept. Are these also sale prices which you guys are comparing or normal retail rates?

Haha….went back to Pavilion store to get the swingpack I saw this afternoon, still there, last unit, in gold color. According to the sale, it’s Spring Summer this year, but they’ve given discount becoz this is the only unit.
When I was looking at the unit, another 2 ladies were waiting for me to let go…
My sister bought a camera bag in canvas….nice pink color.

Yes the queue at Gardens was crazy!! Wah a_chit you really must have spent a bomb! But there were other ladies there buying like crazy also..I dont agree with buying replicas. I was at the pavillion one earlier..there were not many ppl there about 4 plus, but the gardens one was crazy at about 7 plus. Most of the nice stuff were gone alrdy, and i purchased a wristlet and mini skinny. Not really wanting a bag at the moment..but i wanted one of the bleecker wristlets and the attendant told me it was gone by lunch time!! darn it…
so for those who want to get a original coach, go have a look at the bigger stores like pavillion or klcc. Yes it is cheaper and though not as cheap as the US, its about the same price as when you purchase it there, a bit more only. Support Original Coach Bags!

Amanda, no it’s not on sale. I spent a bomb and regretting it like shit now….ha ha ha……dunno what to eat for the next two months, eat dust.
Angela, it’s RM490 and that’s the only colour on sale. They were really chaotic…items not on sale put on the clearance area creating arguments. Items on sale say no sale or left it in the store not displayed….very badly organised.
Babee88, you got the gold colour one? I was asking them so many times they insisted it was not on sale!!!! Those #$%*&^*
Synical, yes, selected swingpacks and wallets are on sale. Selected accessories (keychain, etc) and sunnies were also one sale.
Kae, prices are definitely much cheaper in the US. For example, Carly is USD348 (approx RM1,113) without sales tax. Here, it is being sold at RM1,825. If you can find it in Coach outlets, much cheaper. But choose with care…don’t choose those with a bullet mark on the creed (patch inside the bag) coz these are rejected items.

which is sold in Coach KL at 700… hehe.

i have got myself the signature stripe tote bag!! luckily i’m smart enuf to ask my fren who were on leave to have a look yest morn! very limited quantity of each item on sales.. i called up to ask whther would thr b any replenishment but it’s sad to tell tht NO.. good luck to those who havent grab one!

Angela, I also bought one myself yesterday! And today, the sales person told me that it’s completely sold out! Luckily I decided to grab one yesterday :). By the way there were still a huge crowd in Pavillion during lunch today. CRAZY!
Anyway, I plan to go to KLCC outlet tomorrow. Do you guys have any updates from KLCC boutique? Everyone seems to go to either Pavillion or The Garden.

Kae, the bullet mark is like the etching on the creed, a smaller circle inside a bigger circle…it’s not a punch through….when you get a bullet mark item, Coach Malaysia doesn’t provide after sales service like cleaning and warranty…Bullet marked items still have warrantly in the US but they are items which did not pass QC or were defects…As Coach is from US, they provide warranty for these items but in Malaysia no coz it’s a franchise under the Valiram Group.
Kate, this is not a forum for doing business and I don’t think I want to provide the details of such resellers as I have enough of bad experience with them…anyway, one of them already posted their name/site her…what you can do is google up for other sellers and there are some who ae trying to steal business by leaving their names and site on other sellers site, so despicable…Believe me, it’s worthwhile to purchase a non-bullet marked item as the resellers are selling it as high as a non-bullet marked item. There are resellers from US, many of them Malaysians staying in the US, who sell only boutique items and I found out that the prices are the same and some in fact cheaper than those bullet marked items. I usually get those items/colours not available here from them….more unique….ha ha ha….
Babee88, we were talking about the same thing but I wonder how you got yours coz they said the system is centralised and if an item is not on sale, they could not give the discount in the system…that’s their argument when they wrongly placed non-discounted items in the discount section and ppl actually took it to queue for payment…..they are so unprofessional and I think it is just a lie….they should follow western business ethics, when they are at fault, they should honour the discount and make good their shortcomings.
Dear shoppers, as much as possible, please do not support imitation. I saw imitations of luxury brands on the street and I know how to differentiate many of them no matter what they say about AAA grade or 99.99% imitation…..makes ppl want to laugh…..ha ha ha…..supporting imitation means supporting child labour and money laundry………

Eer…i guess buyin imitations is not the same as supporting child labour. Child labour is worst, is abt abusing and exploitation of little children. We are talking in terms of human. but buying imitation goods is the same like gettin pirate dvds, cds. I dont think buying imitation bags will affect the sales of the original brands..like LV, Coach, Gucci..their sales still doing good as ever.
From my opinion, ppl gettin imitation bags, maybe
1) they dont wana pay a ridiculous price for just a bag
2) they are not an design appreciator for bags
3) they don’t earn high income to own original bags, so they opt for a cheaper n fake ones.
And some other reasons mayb, i guess some of us might think this will bring down the standard of the original bags. Esp when you see all walks of life is carrying a LV bags…and u darn know how much they are earning a mth. It kinda deteriorate the standards of the brand?? Perhaps you don’t wanna take a bag that associate with such crowds?? I am not sure any agree with me with tis, with an honest heart.
Anyway, there are some brands out there are exclusive like Celine, Tods, Lancel, Salvatore etc. I guess if anyone is taking one of these, stands out from the norm. Very less or no imitation has been done on tis brands, and no worries on whether anyone is carryin the same one as u whether is a fake or real.
You never know some rich ladies out there, they only carry one or two originals and the rest are fakes. Well, but we always think the rich will carries everything in originals, sometimes we are wrong on that point.
I stil think we cant stop ppl from supporting/buyin imitations or dvds. Sometimes i wonder those imitation bags with such good-skill craftmenship, has nothing to do with the original shops? Piracy cds, are leak from its company, how abt imitation bags?

So I do appreciate if you don’t put me in the same sentence with ur “bad experience” purchase on the web. Hunny…u misread….i said one of internet resellers have posted their web here….i didnt say anything of having bought fromn you or what you are selling. I said I had bad experience with internet resellers…I also did say there are many resellers who buy only sell boutique items.

I have heard of the rich carrying fake items as they think people won’t suspect them due to their wealth.
Buying fakes has more far reaching consequences. Yes, it may not hurt you and in fact it is better that you save money. But it may hurt someone upstream. Paying peanuts for a child to put together a fake luxury bag tantamount to child exploitation. Frequently, the bags are sold for so many times higher than the cost.
If you are in the industry or any industry that deals with intellectual property (I am not in such an industry), how would you feel if you have spent painstaken god know how many hours to come up with a design only to see it being counterfeited everywhere in a short span of time.
Foreign investment will be affected if a country has a high propensity of counterfeits/fakes/imitations. Yes, China has a huge counterfeit market and the Chinese Govt has been doing a lot to control (cannot be stemmed since when there’s demand, there will usually be supply).
I always subscribe to the idea of not wearing a hat bigger than your head. If you can only afford certain brands, so be it and be proud of it. If one really want a bag beyond one’s means, then save up for it and you will feel a sense of achievement. My bags are paid for in cash, saved diligently, and not through 0% instalment scheme (where got such scheme, if got, the flood gates will open) or charge to card, incur interest pay later. I sign to the credit card to earn points for redemption and for security reasons, one should not carry a huge bundle of cash.
Yes, I do own some (genuine) LVs but I seldom use them or in fact stop buying long time ago due to the fakes around. They are now just gathering dust…ha ha ha….will clean them up and use them some fine day when I have picked my lazy bones.
On pirated movies, do you all realise before that (the rampancy of pirated movies) the amount of movies, especially comedies, are more? Due to pirated movies, the industry people are sick of it. And oh yes, even an original movie could be a money laundry experience as reported in HK press.
Fakes items, such as auto parts and consumables, has cost lifes.
The above is my personal opinion and my little effort in making this world a better place to live in. It is not meant for a targeted audience or was anyone/any party singled out.

Coach in S’pore in not very much cheaper than M’sia. I’ve called them before to check on a tote where Coach in M’sia run out of stock. In fact, after the conversion is slightly more expensive !
Yes, unless you’ve frens in US, or you’re going to the state….it’s definitely cheaper than M’sia…

I can tell you all what happened in KLCC store.
Went there this morning about 11 something. No line whatsoever. The guards are posted at the doors. No crowd, nothing.
Not that there was a lot left anyway, and I didn’t find anything that I wanted.
End of story.

heard about the clearance COACH sale in msia…in my opinion, it is still expensive even with sale.
i just bought one myself yesterday..rm160…a wrislet bag…but the thing is..i bought it here in US since im studying here…
there’s a place in Indiana called Michigan City where all branded stuff can be found there..including COACH…
it’s an outlet/factory stores wheres prices are cheap and even waaaaay cheaper when there’s sale..and sales in US are so frequent…
so if any of u guys are planing to come to US..try come during thankgiving..in October..we hv this thing called blackfriday in which everything will be on sale…crazy cheap…

Futhermore, kawan sister their work for Coach and whenever ada good suff, she will hold it for her. Recently my sister bought a Carly leather for about RM 1100….memang cantik and leather is so soft. I was told that she might be getting some Carly slim signature C Khaki for about Rm 1100.
