worth it or not?
It is worth buying if you are already a ‘follower’ of mothercare stuff. I personally find the clothes too expensive, even with 30% discount as i can get similar things elsewhere for a much cheaper price.
They have a bin for 50% marked down items – but many of it are very old and may not be worth the discount even. But if you don’t mind, it is ok. If you’re planning to buy strollers, other ‘big’ items, then yes the discounts help.
yes, mother care is too expensive for me. i only used to buy the sleepsuits which were 50%. but now my son is older no need to wear those anymore so i dont buy. I use mothercare nursing bra’s but there never is any discount, even during sale. i dont know why. that sucks man.
Well, I’m gonna make full use of this sale.. i’m a loyal user of mothercare breastpads and its the cheapest you can find in the market. So with the additional 10% off?? SO worth it! Stuff like clothes and such, i might not buy, but stuff that’s rare and hard to find in normal departmental stores like plastic body bibs and branded baby bottles and such should be worth to buy now.
Minty: Nursing bras and other mommie stuff in mothercare mmg jarang sale, if ever. I usually buy from Jusco or sometimes even Giant… cheapskate sket.. hehe

mothercare klcc sometimes ade clearance for their maternity wear.. 50-70%.. and a few times jugak la ade clearance rack.. so, after discount is about rm30 above.. for me ok la, coz of the quality and the designs are nice too, compared to motherclub and yg seangkatan dgnnnye, coz i find their design makes me look frumpy and hargenye pun rm100 above- sooo not worth it.
for kids clothing, certain items are quite ok like the bodysuit,sleepsuit,hat & receiving blanket set – about rm106. coz receiving blanket alone if u buy separately dah berape. towels pun i find the price ok la. rm106 for 3. and the quality pun good- tahan lame. i bought for my eldest baby (tat was year 1997), sampai now pun tahan lg. if u buy other brands (say at brand outlets), price pun about rm36.90 a piece.
so, to me, tgk items. i like their bodysuits too (apart from m&s). coz the shapes xlari, unlike some other brands – after a few wash, badan/leher die expand.
I went to the sale on Saturday morning at Subang Parade…quite a good buy, bought all 70% discounts tops for my 12mths old boy. To me, I like the materials, it can really last. I bought 2 t-shirts for my boy last yr, he wears it regularly, still the color still look very new & in good shape. For the top that I bought, some are less than Rm15 after discount, the most expensive is only RM25 for 2 pieces. It’s all 30% discount during the last sale. So, I consider a good buy !!
yeay! time to shop for my dother raya baju. heheheh!
haze… i agree on the breatspads! they are the cheapest & most comfortable!
still looking for a good stroller. its its worth buying during this sale. y not.
but i think end mega sale by end of the year much more gempak.

Wah got up tp 70% at Mothercare Subang Parade? I went to Mothercare in Mid V and the best was 50%. Even at 50%, one top is still around RM 60-70! Now you mentioned at RM 15-25…wah then it is a good buy then.
Any nice clothes for baby girl around 9 months?
