those who think of going, you guys better go n check comments on the previous warehouse sale – early this year – cant remember exactly when..
cause i went & last year’s sale & the previous years were much2 better..
crowd-huge. people brought their babies&kids along to that cramp place. hot & humid. price wise- certain items ok like the detergent & such. others were merely about rm3-5 difference from market price. washable breast pads for instance- they sold it at RM6. jusco is selling it at rm8.50. during sales got 10-15% discount. same goes for diapers. n not fogetting the samans people got for double parking etc.
loads of complaints about the one that they had earlier this year.
if they take into consideration the previous complaints & lower the price- then thats good.
When we can know Annaku sales…realy great any body know when is it?

anakku ader sale, dkt summit usj… boleh dpt baju baby n bb items (botol susu)as low as 3pcs for rm10. yg lain harga baju, rm5,10,12,15,25 per pcs. if not mistaken, until 22july.ada juga anakku junior n audrey n toiletries n bags.tp, big items mcm stroller, carseat, walker, etc xde

just go back from Anakku Mid Year Sale @ The Summit Subang USJ (Main Concourse Area). but this is not like previous warehouse sale that they had on last feb… they just sell Anakku & Disney baby and children apparel (like at their Kg. Jawa factory shop but more choice), with price range of RM5, RM10, RM 15 and RM20, also got jeans wear for children.. and also got Anakku toiletries…
this sale also sell Audrey brand such as bra and panties, the bra as cheap as RM5/piece an onwards… they got plenty of size n pattern…
this sale was on 9/7 till 22/7, time 10.30am to 10.00pm.. Organised by Jetz 012-2885725…

where r u staying?… do u know giant or mydin usj?… it is close to that buildings… u will reach summit, be4 the giant n mydin if u re from federal highway/kesas… the summit at the 4 junction traffic light…

To me Pureen WH was OK and worth going if you know what to go for.
Baby shoes up to 4 years old are cheap and worth buying at RM8 to RM10, selling outside RM39 or RM29.
Mittens and booties are really out of this world price RM1 to RM3.
Nice gowns, overalls, jeans are at a good price for up to 5 years of age.
Of course, you cannot buy everything there.
Pyjamas and daytime wear are at almost regular price as selling outside.
I have been a regular Pureen WH goer since i think for the past 7-9 years. Never missed it before.
My hubby and the kids already know what to aim for, where to park, where to choose and sort items to buy and when to start lining up.
Must bring mineral water to drink, it’s gonna be hot.
Must bring towel to wipe off those sweat, like after going to the gym !!
It’s like a mad sauna there, but we still enjoy the crowd !!!
anybody plz advice!i cannot go on sat morning. Should i go on the first day afternoon or 2nd day? are they will add on new stock on sunday morning? need to buy few things for new born baby due on sept.tq
to apple: d anaku sale @summit:d rm5 n rm10 mmg byk choice for girls n boys. for rm10 and rm15 can get 1pair.but d 3 for rm10, xbyk pilihan, ssh nk dpt 1pair (ader yg ade stains) n sizes only for babies. only d 3 for rm10 is limited, yg lain byk lg. (tp, i pegi, last week la)….

you should go on saturday afternoon then … by afternoon people will be leaving the area for lunch, so less crowd, around 2 pm will be OK.
As for stocks, you can always quietly grab the boxes under the steel rack, boxes down there contain new clothing and shoes but must do it only when the salesperson are not around, must try not to get busted by them and of course happy shopping !!
I called Teo Guan Lee, supplier for KIKI LALA, and KIKI LALA will be doing its WH some time in September ….

If Pureen is having this thing so often, I am starting to think it is a tactic. Stock clearance?
I don’t call it a genuine warehouse thing if the discounts are not from 50% to 70% and above.
Besides, who needs so many pairs of shorts and homey short sleeved shirts even if they are selling at RM5 or less? They are really quite homely. If it comes to that, how many pairs of mitten or booties does a babe need?
If I am going for a little bit of discount, I don’t have to rebut-rebut with the crowd. The malls regularly hold sales.

Well, memang baby grows very fast, and baju baby bukannya murah, kadang2 lagi mahal dari baju kita. Beli kat warehouse sale lebih jimat and beli saiz yang lebih besar so that baby boleh pakai lama. Especially kalau beli baju untuk pakai kat rumah.
Kalau baby dah start makan solid food, tumpah ke baju seluar bagai, kena tukar baju, so satu hari kadang2 sampai 3 4 kali tukar. Imagine kalau beli baju/seluar harga biasa 3 -4 helai dah boleh sampai RM50-RM60!! Tapi kalau beli kat warehouse sale, boleh dapat RM10 untuk semua2 tu. Jimat kan?
i setuju with what ida says. ckin, guess ur not a mom is it? and from the comments i can see that there a lot of expecting mommies here. so, take care, be careful and enjoy ur warehouse shopping gals! just for tip, read the previous sales comments. maybe u can make plans from there.
is this warehouse really woth to go ? From previous comments, i read only about 20-30% off normal price, anybody can comment ?

depends on what u r looking for. for pampers/toiletries within 20-30% but some toiletries ada juga 40%. there is a lot of choices baby wipes, diapers, toiletires, bottles, etc. but for clothes quite hard to get matching sets. byk tinggal either tops or either bottoms. last yr i went at 10am, orang mcm kena rasuk. so many people, lepas tu bawa 1 whole family duduk tepi tu buat picnic pun ada. tak boleh nak pilih baju pun. all in all i only get around 5 baju sets for my son itupun baju duduk rumah ajer. baju cantik2 tak de pun. quite limited. tapi so many people.

This is the first time i’m going to Pureen warehouse sale.Should i come early (say 8AM, though it starts at 10 AM)? Or anytime i datang pun wont make a difference. Looking for newborn clothes, maternity pad, diapers, breast pads….i baca komen Pureen sale in April 08…..komen dia bercampur2 la. ada yang kata worth it, ada yang kata waste of time & money…confius den…any tips/advice?
You want to know whether it’s worth it or not? Simple. If you are looking for discount, go la. If you are looking for a lot of discount/warehouse pricing, this is not the real thing.
nana, let say you want to find maternity pad and diapers and breast pads. it is ok to go on sunday coz all the things are still avaiable and not a lot of people queing and berebut rebut.
but lau nak carik baju and better u go on saturday and be prepared to battle with all ruthless people yg berebut2, pijak kaki, siku menyiku, and such such things…
been there twice and first time on the second day… ok lah coz tak ramai org… the second time i went there on the first day… wahhhh not a good experience for me… sib baik baby dah kuar masa tu.. hehehe

Plan nak pergi on Sat…tapi takut banyak orang sangat. pernah pergi last time, nak pilih baju susah, nak beli barang susah, even nak jalan pun susah….lagi susah jika nak bayar……..very very long q.
Berhati-hati bila beli barang kat w/sales ini, not necessary semua murah…like breast pad……RM20 kat w/sales ini tapi kat luar like carrefour or tesco, sometimes only RM17.90 bila offer.

Here is my guide to Pureen stock clearance – Whether it is shoes/clothes/baby accessories, aim for items that are below RM5. This way, you will get a good deal(warehouse pricing). (There is a difference between saving more and spending more, you know.)
Buy only what you can make use of now (or a in a few short months’ time). No need to get something that you aren’t going to use, or which you already have, even if it is cheap.
1. Aim for items below RM5
2. This Pureen thing is for below 2 years old (10kg and below)
Quite some accessories for newborns, but not fabrics(clothes, towels). Milk bottles and sippy cups you can find at RM1 per item (but I am not interested in milk bottles because the plastic is not of high quality). Towels are at about regular pricing so I am not interested either.
Accessories that are worth it are bowl sets(RM2-3) inclusive of spoon and maybe fork, nappy clips, thongs (for bottles), etc. If this is not your 1st baby, you may already have these things.
If you want to get through fast and spend fruitfully, just aim for items that are below RM5.
Clothes and shoes are mostly for below children 10kg and below. Accessories(for feeding and drinking) mostly for first time mothers.
AIM FOR ITEMS THAT ARE BELOW RM5.

This time the price quite cheap.. i get RM4 & RM5 per pair short sleeve t-shirt n pant for my gal… short pant RM1 & long pant RM3.. you can get baby clothes up to 2-3 years old only… for older kids clothes limited choices… corwded but pureen now have opened up more cashier counter at the corridor to the baby clothes session… if u wan to avoid crowd… u can go on sunday…
The dry 5 M88, L72 is about RM31… i dont this it is too cheap. I would rather buy drypers which is much cheaper at Giant (midnite sales). The place is crowded. went yesterday morning. Can’t get the RM4 clothes… ended up buying lots of RM15 tshirts n pants.
Went there on Saturday. Reached at 8.45am, they opened the gate at 9.20 am after much persuasion from the crowd. Not so crowded at first. My first time to Pureen warehouse sale, so i did some research on the tips from other ppl who went in Apr 08. Went straight to the clothes section first. Manage to grab lots of RM1 items & RM5 items. Yes, what Ran said is true. ONLY AIM FOR ITEMS LESS RM5. I did that too. Pampers, cheaper by RM5 compared to outside. Mittens & booties, RM5. Short pants RM1. long pants RM3. socks RM5. Queue was long but they had like 16 counters, so it was moving fast. Spend time about 3 hours there…but my advice, worth for first time mothers or mothers looking for newborn clothes.
Basically, what you can get at Pureen stock clearance at warehouse pricing are
1. Clothes & shoes (below RM5)
2. Feeding sets like bowls and bottles and small items like nappy clips, thongs (for bottles)
Consumables like diapers, detergents, shampoos, body shampoos, breast pads, etc. I think small discounts only, so can skip la. Towels, pillow and bolster sets same also la.
What is Farley’s rusks doing there, at about almost same pricing as outside (but buy 3 boxes free 1 bowl)? No offence la but out of place la, wasting consumers’ time. If they can give higher discounts I bet their sales will go up substantially, if they really know how to take advantage of warehouse buyers.
This Pureen warehouse thing is quite succesful. Got the warehouse ambience n excitement. I would say it is about 70%(max) warehouse, and 30% not warehouse. This time the pricing improved as compared to the last one(also this year), mainly due to the pricing of children clothes.
Cosway also successful; 90%-95% warehouse sale(I went on the last day so I saw the cheapest pricing).
Compare to MyDear, totally out. MyDear is no warehouse at all. Main attractions are strollers and cots. The stroller looks like 25% discount to me, considering the quality. If their retail pricing is true, it’s expensive for that quality(padding, trays) you get. Sweet Cherry is a better bet.

Bagi saya sangat berbaloi.Saya spend less than RM 100 ,dapat 11 pasang baju boy yg boleh dibuat baju raya bukan setakat baju basahan aja,2 helai towel besar dan 3 towel kecil.Saya pergi masa dia baru buka gate.Terus pergi bahagian baju,dapatkan yg menarik ,buat slection terus bayar.tak perlu que.Selepas tu pergi bahagian toiletteries pula.Pun sama cari barang2…lepas tu terus bayar..tak perlu que.Previous year memang sesak sangat siap berasak2 lg but now dah improve a lot…

To be frank, Pureen clothes are not dressy but you can still find some that boleh pakai bila keluar. And sometimes the nicer ones that are really cheap get thrown out by the staff in small amounts, and these ones finish very fast.

next time around bb kena tinggal.. senang nak bikin CHAOS A.D!!
