  3. anj2208 says:

    how cheap this sale…..
just want to know…wheather worth it or not…..

  4. oOFooi says:

Parent who is having baby should go.. :)

Warehouse sale are usually less than the market price maybe is worth of paying a visit.

  5. edwardnorton says:

ha ha, typical Malaysian mentality, warehousesales = cheap :D

  6. jo says:

anybody been there b4? pls advise on the $$$

  7. june says:

has anyone noticed that the new mamy poko (with green colour at the centre of the diaper) is not as good as the old ones (pure white colour cotton)? i noticed that the new ones are now not as thick as the previous ones. and when the cotton is wet, the cotton will break into small pieces. and it starts to leak faster than the old ones. not to mention abt the increasing pricing :(
so does anyone know the stock will be the new ones or the old ones? my preferences would be the old ones, as right now i have just changed to huggies ultra, which is cheaper and hopefully the quality can match with the old mamy poko.

  8. babee88 says:

Ohh ohh…my son allergy to Mamy Poko….

  9. jo says:

june, my bb currently is using huggies. to me the quality is good enough. i m not sure if compare to mamy poko

  10. Ida says:

my son use Pampers. i feel that the price now is reasonable, during sales it can be as low asrm25.80. less odour as compared to huggies. however, need to bear in mind, Pampers cutting is small.
anyway, mamy poko sales is at my office, so, i’ll check it out. I think in Jusco, Mamy Poko is RM55.XX (this is during it promotional period)

  11. amanda says:

The cheapest price for momy poko jumbo size (XL50) was RM41.99, but this is very rare. so far i bought once at this price.

  12. jess says:

Ida, yr office is at kpmg tower? i’m not too sure how to get there. i’ll be coming from penchala link after passing the ikea, where i need to turn left at traffic lights to get to 1 utama (after turning left, 1u will be at my right). so where exactly is kpmg tower and how to get there from 1u? can i park at kpmg? anyone?

  13. rina says:

how come now every brand also got warehouse sale. make everyone pokai especially this month. my son use drypers. previously ok je but recently asyik bocor. dont know whether the quality or what

  14. mom2one says:

I just went to Jusco J Card member day at Mid Valley today. They selling jumbo size at RM47.90. Anyone know if the warehouse sale will be lower than that?

  15. Jasmine says:

I just bought Mamy poko jumbo size S72, M66 @ RM42.90 a few weeks ago.

Hopefully the warehouse can bit this price

  16. masz says:

how to go there????can anyone tell me????

  17. ihaz says:

Its besides the One Utama…if u come fr LDP-puchong u’ll see the sri pentas, then one world hotel(sekali with kpmg tu la)..

  18. winnie says:

hi… all mummy… i heard that u have to buy in a carton wor….somemore not really nice lah the price…..we even can get a cheapest price when hypermarket on sales….that’s what my friend told me….anyway for me i’m not going loh….

  19. dalea says:

    KPMG tower=IBM tower..sebelah tv3
    :)

  20. PakQua says:

KPMG is just in between TV3 and One Utama Shopping mall. You may park your vehicle at 1Utama (RM1 for 1st 6 hours), & walk to KPMG via OneWorld Hotel about 100m to 200m walking distance.

  21. atie says:

    what price it will be?
takut nanti pegi sana and price tak byk beza from market price

  22. Aira says:

I totally agree with June. The new Mamy Poko is not as good as the old type. I experienced when my bb pass motion, it will leak out at the back (as it has tiny hole at the back of the mamy poko pampers). However, it won’t happen if I used Huggies Dry.

  23. jo says:

i asked my husband to go dis morning, hopefully he’s ok to go. will update u all the price later once i have the info.

  24. YK says:

yes, I think Huggies is cheaper and quality is good…so is more worth it..

  25. Nikki says:

what is the price range? need to get some for my niece ….

  26. Sean says:

    Dear all,
There is currently a sales at Cold Storage IKANO Power Center (next to IKEA).
The Huggies Ultra (which is kind of equivalent to mamypoko) is selling at RM19.99. Packs are in XL30 and XXL26. I can’t remember what’s the quantity for other sizes. No limit on quantity purchased. In addition, there are free gifts: a play tent for every 7 packs or a playmat for every 5 packs.
Besides, Huggies Pull-up Pants is selling at RM25.99 (but not entitled to the free gift).

  27. NORMA says:

Mamypoko price so highlah… i prefer DIAPEX…Anak saya pakai kaalaudr 10pm sampai 8 am keesokan hari… masih tak bocor..mmg bagus dari pakai mamypoko… kualiti pun hampir sama.

  28. AP says:

I have never used mamypoko before…but I definitely agree that those diapers whose waistbands have tiny lubang-lubang (so-calledly for ventilation purpose) is a real stupid design. Whenever my baby berak, the moisture of the shit tends to leak out from the tiny lubang-lubang and kena the baju and bed sheet/bouncinette cloth. I have had this bad experience with Pampers Comfort and Pampers All-night brands (their waistbands also have tiny lubang)….end up almost every night I have to change my baby’s clothes and more scrubbing to do! Also, Pampers All-night claims that baby feels dryness for up to 12 hours….I beg to differ! I find the urine also tends to leak out and kena the baju when worn from 10 pm up to 6 am the next day (no berak).

Instead cheaper and less well-known brand seems better than Pampers, example is ‘Hey Baby!’ brand.

  29. joey says:

Sean, are you the one who grab a trolly of diaper. That super cheap but they running out of size M and L….

  30. nurul says:

    anyone been here???hows the price???AYOOOOOOOOO!!>>MISSS!!!!!!

  31. Aira says:

  32. ysl says:

    Hi all,
Just came back from KPMG, diapers all sizes selling at rm30, pull up pants at rm10. (they do not have jumbo pack). also take note that most of the diapers selling there were manufactured in year 2006.

  33. nurul says:

how long can we keep diapers in stock ye?

  34. Aira says:

latest info, all pants are sold out

  35. amy says:

From what I know, the disposable diapers have a life of three years. After three years, the materials will start to disintegrate, just like those bio-degradeable plastic bags. So if they were manufactured in 2006, you gotta use it up fast, depending on the month of manufacture.

  36. amy says:

Dean, the Cold Storage offer is until when? I can only go there this Sunday….sobs….It’s really cheap for the Huggies Ultra and the quality is ichiban!

  37. amy says:

oops, ny previous comment was for Sean….sorry for the typo

  38. qisya says:

anybody planning to sell NEWBORN Baby MP to me??

  39. jan says:

Frankly, my baby is using Pet Pet which I have no problems with, better than Pampers, and the price is reasonable too, at about RM28 per pack (She is on M size).

  40. padfoot says:

hi all.. some mommies are so blessed and lucky that their babies dont have any allergy and sensitivity to what ever brand of pampers that they used. but sadly for me, i have tried all kinds of brands, pet pet, huggies, pampers, baby like and all that i can find at the hyper market but the only brand yg my daughter can use is mamy poko and scoobe dry. i dont know what material that they put in the diapers that makes babies reacted differently to them. and more sadly, i cannot go to this warehouse sale! takdak cuti laaa… sedey nyee..

  41. JOey says:

    dear all,

What my suggestion is, don’t let your kids n baby use to much of the diapers…
train them as soonest as possible.
because told by one of my best friend, he is doctor. don’t let the baby use to much of diapers, this will cause them easy to fall in sick and fever fit.

    just my 2 cents..

    Thank you

  42. amanda says:

padfoot, tak payah rasa sedih…it’s not that cheap anyway. The cheapest retail price for jumbo pack is RM41.99 or RM42.99. XL34 is selling at RM30, so if converted to XL50, it’s about RM44.12.

  43. babee88 says:

If baby is allergy to disposable diaper, you can try cloth diaper. The initial cost maybe higher than disposable diaper, but in long run, that can save you $$, plus it’s environmental friendly…why not. Personally, my boy is on cloth diaper during day time. I’m not using the traditional cloth dipaer, but the AIO or pocket clother diaper.

There’s also an article that I read previously, disposable diaper can caused cancer too…

  44. carol says:

jasmine, where to get mamy poko at rm 42.50?
i just bought from Giant 49.90, sigh

  45. carol says:

anyone knows where to get enfalac cheap??
heard price going to increase again!!!!!!!

  46. fii says:

Qisha, I have an xtra nb mp pack for sale. Let me know if you are interested to purchase.. n_uk@hotmail.com

  47. amanda says:

carol, is it true? But Mead johnson has recently revised their price for the new pack size Enfalac A+ 650g refill pack to RM45.90 (the cheapest i know). If this is true, i will consider changing milk powder.

  48. Julz says:

My office is in the same building, so I went down just now at abt 11.50am. By the tht time the Mamy Poko Pants already sold out. I managed to buy 3 packs NB52 & 1 pack S48 plus 4 packs of Sofy Pantiliners.
I went again at 1.30pm to buy for my auntie. She wanted M44 or M72 whicever is still available. But the only things left is NB52 & XL34. The price is RM30/pack. As for the rest of the item it is sold out.

  49. apple says:

    Dear Sean/Joey,
I would like to know the Cold Storage sales is until when?
    Thanks in advance.

  50. seri says:

    carol,
    start today mamypoko s72, m66, l56,xl50 = RM42.89
but, limited 2 pack per family

  51. Amira says:

Carol, I found the cheapest Enfalac A+ at the 99 Speed Mart near my office in Subang. The refill pack (box) is RM 45.85.

  52. jo says:

ya, carrefour offered mamy poko jumbo size @ 42.89

  53. bn says:

U can also get RM 42.90 Jumbo pack from Tesco, however I am not sure whether the promotion is over already.
Yah when I converted the price for this warehouse sales vs promotion price…it is not that cheap…just a few ringgit savings only.

  54. consumer says:

RM30 a pack for mamypokos, not that cheap.

Diapers constantly on sale in weekly hypermarket ads.

Giant selling RM32.99 now. For RM3 savings, not worth the hassle.

Last time, Guardian sold at RM2x.

For milk, few weeks back GIANT was selling at so cheap, if using the new credit card/member price.

  55. consumer says:

Sometimes, not necessary JUMBO means cheaper or refill packs mean cheaper (for milk).

    You have to calculate price/unit.

  56. ismooi says:

    ya, enfralac now very expensive!
now i charge my son milk to enfrapro, only save Rm2 per pack!
expensive also need to buy, pokai liao!

  57. ieda says:

ladies…y don’t u try the speed mart 99…i think that the price ok, buy all baby things (milk isomil bout RM49 compared giant RM53 and diapers) there save me one way petrol hehe..not sure bout mamy poko (my bb uses xxl for nite) i think below RM30. yeap i know the suffer to have bbs allergic to almost everything ;)

  58. bubbles says:

milk products normally cheaper in chinese medicine shops. Give a try !

  59. joey says:

    hi apple,
according to the sales gal, until end of july, but if u M and L size is running out of stock fast.

  60. Vivian says:

Hi all, just for you info (refer to Sean comment), I have called Cold Storage at Ikano, they confirmed that new stock of Huggies Ultra arrived this morning RM19.99 for all sizes. Grab it as fast as you can bcos according to Huggies supplier, they are running out of stock soon. Happy Shopping, Vivian.

  61. padfoot says:

ye ke amanda? hehe. then terubat hati i…
babee88, u use the cloth diaper ke? how is it? but i thought it is much2 more expensive and i takut it will leak faster cos my baby memang slalu pee. makan pun kuat so everytime after makan mesti pas motion so mesti i kena ada banyak stock untuk tukar2 slalu. then washing dia macam mana? u slalu beli kat mana? dapat murah tak?

  62. shoppingfreak says:

Yups, going to Cold Storage right after work, can’t wait. Trolley-load of Huggies Ultra, here I come!! :)

  63. Jasmine says:

I reached Plaze IBM or KPMG tower @ 11am sharp. There is already a long queue.

They did not show S size, so I presume they don’t have it for this warehouse sale. A few minutes after that, the staff already cancel off the M44 mamy poko diaper. Therefore, my friend and I left after queuing for a few minutes.

For me, this warehouse sale is a disappointment!

  64. Sumiyaki says:

mamy poko is good but expensive oh….here are some tips for u gals …
the diapers that i ‘d tried before ….the best of coz is mamy poko, but i would think pet pet’s quality is as good as mamy poko and cheap also …rm28 for m70….very good shoud try.

    pampers comfort….very lousy…will leak …dun ever try
huggies dry (blue) lousy also….but slightly better than pampers comfort
    huggies dry comfort…okok
    pureen dry5….okok..soso only.
    drypers –okok ..soso only
huggies pull up pants —-ok la..
    pet pet …very good absobent

  65. aleen says:

fyi, d huggies promotion is till 3/8/08…but till while stocks last tooo…took 7 packs yesterday & got d free tent! worth it! L34 & M40 , all at 19.90 each!

  66. Vivian says:

Hi, I went last night & bought 7 pkts + free play tent, very worth it and my kids love the tent. Not many ppl and have plenty, all sizes available. I have upload the pics. on my blogspot, check it out if you want. http://vivianchoo.blogspot.com/

  67. mommy2A says:

Mamy poko is good, no doubt. But I think its too pricey - for something tht you will just throw away after using. I have to agree wt all those huggies ‘lovers’. I’ve used it for both my boys and I still find it to be good - no leakage. And d price is still affordable. But I noticed tht these days huggies diapers are much thinner. D absorbancy is still good, but u gotta change more often. Can’t stand pampers….its tape will just tear off if u pull too hard or ur child squirms too much while putting d diaper on. Happened to me so many times. A total waste!!

  68. amy says:

I went to Cold Storage Ikano after work yesterday and they are still wheeling out some of the coz it was SO SO SO cheap. I bought all in 17 packs of Huggies Ultra of varying sizes and a pack each of the pull up pants (M to XXL) for my baby. Now my house is full of diapers. HA3. Got 1 playtent and am waiting for the playmat to be couriered.

Then my mum ask to buy 5 packs for my niece also and I topped up another 2 packs to get another playtent!

Promo until next weekend, while stocks lasts.

Gila!!! Coz 3 of us tried to squezzed all the cartons into a Kelisa, imagine that!

When I got home, my hubby spreaded the offer good news with our friends who are having kids.

I really like Huggies Ultra as compared to Mamypoko as the latter sometimes do leak and lately, the new version with the green center gives my baby rashes.

  69. sharanspice says:

my prince have not used huggies b4 bt have used mamy poko & my prince is allergy to Mamy Poko…. DRIPERS is not bad so far prince have got no problem using it….prince is 3 mthz old now….

  70. sweet says:

Well i agree with u mommy2A.. that’s why we can see lots of huggies at shelves pricing rm32++.. Last time when the quality is better, ppl will crazily hunt it if that’s the price… Sad that most comp choose to cut down the quality of products. I gave a try to fitti, and hmmm…. not bad. Mamypoko to pricey laa..

  71. Sumiyaki says:

hi all, thanks for ur infor…really cheap oh..i bought 16 packs today!! heheehe

  72. winnie says:

Any momy went? How cheap was it? I bought in Tesco last month XL jumbo 50 pcs at RM42.90 during offer. Jusco seeling at RM52.90

  73. carol says:

not sure if the price increase is true for enfalac A+??
but i’d bought some and keep stock.
now also buy enfalac cos cheaper, ard 31.70 / 650g

  74. pink says:

anyone recommend / not recommend to use play pen for baby?
thinking of getting a playpen for my baby, but mayb using for few months only.. anyone wan to sell their playpen?

  75. Megan says:

Carol, where did u get enfalac A+ 650G at RM31.70? it’s really cheap..can you give me the contact ? pink, playpen is good provided if u train ur bb earlier to play inside …as for my boy, i bought playpen for him when he was 6 months plus…he is enjoying playing inside with his toy and i can rest aside..

  76. jo says:

my bb is taking promil, wyeth. i bought 700ml @ RM 38. anybody to recommend a place to buy cheaper promil

  77. HaZe says:

Hmm… Huggies really that good, eh? Tried it when my baby was abt 1mth old and found that even tho there were no diaper rashes, the cutting was too small n the rubber around the thighs were abit too coarse so it gave my baby some sores .. so we changed to mamypoko. Mamypoko is fine until my daughter started using M sizes and now her bum gets red n irritated quite often… could it be bcoz of the green pad in the diaper as some of u hv mentioned? I noticed that the S n NB sizes dont hv this…

I’ve tried other brands like Pureen and Drypers while my baby was still small, and they gave her rashes, not to mention drypers use those plastic stickers to hold the diaper together so if your hand gets abit oily from rubbing ointment on ur baby’s belly then the sticker wont stick — so we had to throw the diaper out.. which was such a waste. The material was also abit heaty i guess as it caused my baby’s bum to get rashes (her skin is sooo sensitive). That was why we changed to Mamypoko… even though it is way more expensive but we figured it will save us the money for the diaper rash cream and the heartache of seeing our princess suffer.. huhu.

Anywayz, if huggies are really that good, i might consider trying it again… what size should i take if my girl is using MamyPoko size M? Should i get L size since the cutting for Huggies Ultra are kinda small? Anyone who knows pls advise…

  78. HaZe says:

Oops… another question. Do they display any diaper samples at Cold Storage? Maybe then i can chk out if the sizes would fit my baby.. huhu.

  79. gg says:

the free tent by huggies. The cold storage at summit have the same promo too?

  80. Eve says:

I’ve learned that the huggies dry comfort & huggies comfort @ Giant and @ Jusco are different quality. Jusco is more expensive RM42.90 (dry comfort) but better quality than Giant RM36.99 (normal price). The packing are the same for both Jusco & Giant but the inside the quality and the cartoon of the diapers are so different. Giant’s are with “bear bear” cartoon and will leak easily but the one from Jusco with “lion and other animal” cartoon and more durable.

  81. Sirap says:

can anybody tell me….for xxl which one is better n cheaper n where can i get it?

  82. masz says:

can anybody tell me..when the huggies sale at ikano end????thanks

  85. Aida says:

Carrefour and Gaints always have mamy poko promo. Like yesterday mamy poko pants in Giant just RM32.99 (original price RM42.99). Last weeknd, all jumbo size only RM42.89 at Carre4 (i think the promo until Aug 6 - sorry if i’m wrong kay).

So far I never buy mamy poko at the original price. The cheapest I ever get - RM41.99 for M66+4 free and RM31.99 for M44+4 free. With mamy poko, no worries, no matter how cheap it is at Carre4 or Giant, u dont need to rush and buy, really alot esp Carre4. If have limitation like 2 packs perfamily, the cashiers at Carre4 really nice, they just issue separate bill.

  86. apple says:

Aida……i only saw the mamy poko with free 4 pcs currently, so i though is the latest stock. Can i know where you get it at RM41.99? Thanks in advance.

  87. carol says:

sorry, the enfalac is 31.70 while A+ is rm45.60

  88. Aida says:

    Hi Apple,

Really sorry, thats was two months ago. At Giant and then at Carre4. I bought 6 packs at Giants and my husband said I’m nuts! Hhehehe. My baby use up to 6 pampers a days. So have to stock up.

Now the cheapest i ever get now is RM42.89 at Carre4. Just check out The Star for Caree4 ad during the weekend and Harian Metro for Giant. They always published their weekend promo at these papers during weekend.

Just check out these two hypermarkets coz as far I know, hardly see Tesco has mamy poko promo. Or even JJ. JJ for example, even they claim it is the promo price, it is still expensive.

Notice, Carre4 also selling huggies at a cheap price during their promo weekend. But Im not sure how cheap it is coz never use huggies. However, saw parents rush to buy it, probly very cheap compare others.

  89. JOANE says:

Had anybody try Sealer diapers before, what is the price and quality, please commend. Thanks.

  90. babee88 says:

2 mths ago of course things are cheaper, petrol price hasn’t gone up yet..

  91. amanda says:

Giant was selling mamypoko XL50 at rm42.99 early this month. Sealer is cheaper than mamypoko and the quality is almost as good as mamypoko. The size of sealer diaper is bigger than huggies, so no leakage problem. To me, this is woth to try.

  92. pink says:

i saw sealer with nice packaging and not mistaken, price also quite attractive.
    mayb can try out..
i think this product come from taiwan..

  93. JOANE says:

    Thanks amanda.
now uob lady card offer Sealer 6pack @RM120, is it cheap compare to outside?

  94. amanda says:

Joane, this is very cheap. The cheapest i bought was rm28 for L42. According to my nanny, sealer is better than huggies ultra.

  95. jam says:

I love Pet Pet for the quality n price, about RM28/pack. But dunno why not all supermarkets stock up. Tesco Setia Alam, Shah Alam got, Giant Shah Alam don have, Speed 99 Setia Alam, Shah Alam got. How come?

Pampers has many types to suit different budget n needs, and i find the cheapest type (you can find in hypermarket) leaks easily; I think too thin.

How do i know if expire? What’s inside the diaper, powder? Is it true that some diapers bought at Mamypoko are leaking? But what is leaking? Expired oredi?
