Been to one of those before. I’ve ask them why is it so cheap compared to the retail one in stores, and they said that it’s because they want to clear the stock so that they can sell the new (latest) perfume in the stores. The quality is of course not the same as what u bought in stores, some dont have boxes, some dont have the part to press the perfume (which means its only the bottle with a screw cap). However some are good, the package comes with other stuff like lotion, miniature or moisturizer. The price are totally discounted!! People could line up outside up to 2 hours to get into this sales!!

I’ve been to the previous one, something similar with big brands like CK, Bvlgari, Nina Ricci, Davidoff, JPG etc. But it was at PJ Section 13 lah.
I got a Davidoff Echo for women (with sealed packaging!) for only RM90 and it was 100ml! I checked the actual price at Sasa and it was RM325 for exactly the same thing.
Most of the stuff was in good quality, fairly new. The tester pieces were of course much cheaper, and those without boxes also cheaper.
However the queue was crazy, i waited for 45 mins before I could go in and another 3 hours before I managed to pay. But I think it was worth it, considering how much I saved.

these perfume brands are under Prestige House, which is the licensed importer for the mentioned brand…been to this sale last year n earlier this year at armada hotel, sometime in april or may..cant remember…(can try check sns entry for april/may)
some perfumes are still in good condition with the plastic covering the boxes still intact, but do check the manufacturing date beneath the boxes if u’re concern bout the scent being different… perfumes are still good if its not opened within 2 years as long as its not exposed to heat/sunlight…
crowd on the 1st day, well, like usual la…full of people and the queue, unbearable especially in the morning…the 2nd day, usually better but some of the best and popular perfumes could be sold out already…price wise, real cheap…bout 50-70% discount…i bought moschino oh! 75ml for rm79 last time and the smell is still the same…
hope it helps some of u in deciding whether 2 go 4 this sale or not….happy shopping..;)

i have been to the one in armada twice. the first round spent abt rm 400 cuz we got some good stuff. the second time around the perfumes were nothing fantastic. i did get a perfume that my nose cannot tolerate….thats what happenes when u r totally rushed, and now its sitting in the fridge. maybe i should sell it off. hee hee. ok back to topic, if u r someone that has very high taste in perfumes and wont settle for anything normal then dont waste your time. but if u r someone that just wants a perfume and dont care about brands then do go. cause they do have the weirdest brands ever for like 20 to 30 bucks. but not very flattering according to my taste.

spent over rm1500 the last time i went for one in armada about two years ago. good selection then of d&g, versace, moschino, mng, mango that i picked up among many others. hope this one rocks too.

I penah pegi last few month kat Armada, i pegi last day, so byk dah abis. then i beli make up compact powder givenchy for rm30 and the liquid foundation also rm30 sumthing (nice make up!!). make up set paul & joe pun not bad.price arond rm78++. Price for perfume pun reasonable la around rm80-rm200.
this time hope dpt pegi, make up pun dah nak abis!haha

i am a big fan of this warehouse sale! i was at the last one at armada this year. Bought Versace Perfume Sets, Swiss Army Knifes, Sample Vials Perfumes, Bag, Kaloo.
my only words is GOOD! and pls go early!
I love last year’s, there was more variety in traveling and miniatures, more deals below rm30. I didn’t take pic or write about it..coz.. i didn’t know sns existed or start blogging

btw the management for this place is bad..
the Qs are long, only 2 or 3 payment counters… people fighting, cut Q the last one I went. Some cut Q also think they’re not wrong. The cash paying line is mix with credit card as well on the first day, making everyone confused and angry.
I waited 2 hours just to pay my goods and even lose my cool and shouted at people pushing and trying to cut my Q. I scold the cashier for not knowing who is standing infront of her as she kept letting people from all sides to pay while I am infront of her standing for 30minutes. Stupid? Yes.. I hope they buckle up for this one.
OH and can u girls please dont’ campt in the middle of the warehouse sales? Armada hall already small, the time I went one big group camp in the middle making the place very crampy! it’s like squeezing into LRT during peak hours. Please please don’t camp n sort your things on the carpet, take what u want, not grab everything n sort them somewhere.

corus hotel is located along jalan ampang. if you drive from kl to ampang, corus hotel is on your left, after avenue k but before you reach ampang park. it is actually across the road from wisma centre.
corus hotel was previously known as ming court hotel.
if you come via putra lrt, you disembark at the klcc station. leave of the station via the avenue k exit (do not head into klcc) and the corus hotel is just on your left as you exit avenue k
hope the above helps. it should if you are familiar with the landmarks i mentioned.

i’m going going! but i actually still have versace perfume from the last sale
sigh why they do at KL this time..it was so convenient at armada hotel.
but pls check the manufactured date coz some versace very old n turning color already. I bought Versace Summer Limited Edition woman, it’s color is different from what i see on counters and apparently my mother in law say she wear n it itches.

no, the brands ur asking is not under this company. only the brands listed in the flyer are available…

usually there’s a small sticker at the bottom of the box with the name of the licensed distributor and the manufacturing date…u can use that as a reference..however i’ve noticed that sometimes during certain warehouse sales, the sticker is not on the box…in this case, i usually use my on judgement by looking at the box, whether there’s still a plastic covering the box or not…well, it is a warehouse sale to clear all old stocks, so choose wisely…

I was there about 11. Not crowded but by 11.30 the queue to pay is quite long.
Prices start at around RM40. Most are below RM100. Actually worth buying. I think the crowd will be much larger during lunch time.

I reach there this morning about 11am..nt so crowded..still ok..still available see n choose perfume..Q nt so bad..is long but it fast..about 15 - 20 mins i Q there to pay. Givenchy perfume for mens b woman worth to buy, outside is selling very expensive.. The stupid things is gt one malay lady cut my Q. I wanted to screw her up but looking at she only carry item..so i let her go..normally i will shout ..hahhah..bought cosmetic n givenchy toning lotion also..stated RM25..but pay at cashier is RM35..cashier told me was their mistake put wrong price tag…stupid enough.

Hi All,
I went to this sale this morning, around 11-ish. Not many ppl, can even run around the hall.. haha. Around 11.30-12.00 the crowd started pouring in, and by the time i wanted to pay the Q was already halfway down the hall! Still, it wasnt so bad as it took me only about 20mins to reach the cashier (believe me, i’ve been to worse sales before.. huhu).
The perfume ranges are good, the scents are more to my liking than the prev sales… alot of fresh-sweet fragrances compared to musky ones. But then again, i skipped all the obscure-looking brands la kan.. hehe. There were some lovely stuff from Tous, Givenchy and the all-time fave Esprit that went flying off the table.. haha. I would say the prices are about the same, if not cheaper than the prev sale held @Menara Hap Seng, but purely becoz these perfume brands are somewhat less “popular”. That said, the scents available are prolly just as good anyway.
Makeup was selling like hot cakes! There were only stuff from Paul&Joe and Givenchy, and there were plenty of vigorous grabbing and testing to go around. It took me a while to grab the attention of the SAs for assistance coz there were just too many ppl with questions! Weirdly enuff, there were many guys at the makeup counter… buying for their GFs i guess.. huhu.
If u wanna get makeup, here’s a tip: Check your item CAREFULLY. I saw some “runny” lipsticks there. Also, even though they keep the stocks behind the counter and only display testers on the table, scout around for some stray items left on the table. This is bcoz some ppl just simply take, take, take and when they decide not to buy, they just simply leave it on the table. I got the LAST Givenchy natural-toned eye palette off the table, even when the SA already cancelled it off the list coz they were out of stock. Lucky, eh?
The only disappointment is that there were too little coffret sets available. And those that were available, were gone very quickly. I almost got the last set of MNG Adorably, but it turned out the lady next to me had a vise-like grip on it.. haha. Well, u cant have them all, rite?
To those of you who plan to go tomorrow, GO EARLY! Try getting there before lunchtime, coz Corus Hotel is right in the heart of the city and its surrounded by offices… Plus, tomorrow’s Friday (long lunch hour) so do the math… huhu. Happy Shopping!!!

Hi!~
I went thereat around 4PM. No crowd at all. I pusing2 the hall so many times, taking my time, hehe.The perfune is really cheap, bought 4 perfume and 2 makeup item. Price range around RM40 - RM160. Most are below RM100. Givenchy lipstick is very cheap (RM19), but almost all are OOS. Left with very limited choices. Same goes to the eye shadows. But I’ve checked the manufacturing date for the lipstick, its Dec 2004 another one is Sept 2005, so I put it back, couldn’t take the risk. Paul and Joe still got lots of choices, lipstick/eyeliner/mascara around RM29-RM39. The powder/foundation around RM39-RM49.
As for the perfume, lots of unknown brand. Some that I remember: Moschinno around RM 60+-70+, Miss Sixty RM40-RM50+, Morgan RM55+, Kate Moss RM50+-RM70+,Tous RM49 - RM80+. And yea, not much choices for cofferet set, in fact I only saw 2 - Givenchy Pour Home and Givenchy Organza. Manufacturing date for MNG is around Nov 2007. I couldn’t find the manufacturing date for the rest of the perfume, but I assumed it should be fine.
All in all I’m really satisfied. I can say that this is equally good as the one held at Hap Seng. Plus more choices. Owh, there is no queue at all!! To those who are going tomorrow, be careful, check the manufacturing date, especially for the makuep. and Happy Shopping!!~

Que to go in no problem. Que to pay up after 11.30am a bit starting to jam. I was there from 11am - 1pm. But Q is ok as they adopt the 1 line system to 3-4 cashiers. I manage to pay in about 15-20mins at 12pm. Not much sets available and versace perfume limited unlike at last armada. Not much interesting small buys like last round at armada where i bough paul n joe luggae bag for rm30? Swiss Army bags for rm15? Swiss army knives 3 for rm10. Kaloo small xmas tree rm10.
Big space in this corus hotel, not so jam from morning to 1pm. Car Park can validate outside.
Morgan Love rm40 <– hot item on sale smell like strawberry (i bought 1 will take pic n upload).
Girls when lining up to pay with me saw my morgan love n they go grab 3 bottle from the table i pointed. This Morgan Love is limited edition said the SA, comes in pink lacey perfume bottle (look so sweet).
I notice Almost ALL, or ALL the perfume dun have manufacturing dates. I check my Mango dun have manufacturing date at all but the SA claim it’s new 1 year only. I manage to buy 2 Mango Gift Set rm40 will take pic n show.
I didn’t shop much here coz most perfume brands not my taste and the gift sets very limited (not so appealing)

actually the set rm40 includes 50ml perfume + lotion
but the individual set rm45 for 100ml perfume
so set might not be that great actually, just the packaging cute i buy for gift.
50ml = rm35
lotion = rm19
total rm54 (save rm14 from set)

i was there at 950am, the door still close and oredi got ppl q-up there, but not crowded at all..
10am open door, went in.. and started to grab wat i wan..
it’s really a great chance to get there by 10am..
i finished buying at around 11am, cashier no ppl, no need to Q oso…haha so lucky..
and i spent 522 for 16 items for paul & joe, givenchy, and mng gift set.
everything oso available at that time, i can choose it nicely and no need to sqeeze with others.
tat’s really good!

I went there yesterday around 11.30am and not so crowded. Unfortunately, the cosmetics such as lipgloss and lipsticks were already finished.Only not so nice colour left. Bit disappointed.It’s really worth to go bcause there’s a lot of stuff with the cheapest price. I bought Givenchy Very Iressistible Summer Sun 75ml with only rm69.The smell is so good,I wear it today and feel so good.hehe.I also bought Givenchy lipstick(shimmer) for only rm23 and compac powder for only rm36, Givenchy make up remover for only rm30 which is so so good.I suggest it to all of you to buy and paul and joe lipstick for only rm39 which is very2 nice color and the box is really cute.hehe.My bf bought David Beckham Intimate Night for only rm 49 -50ml.But a lot of perfumes are EDT and very hard to find EDP.And I saw a lot ppl buying like crazy like in dozens and I think they want to resell it.huhu.Very good bussiness strategy.So ppl, it’s really worth to go.The Q also is not really bad.I’ve spent rm 197 for many stuff and i feel SO GOOD.hoho.

since i am there i help check prices
(my prices may not be 100% accurate as I jot down in small note book under watchful eyes of the sales people) if got error can just correct me. I didn’t manage get all sizes of particular perfumes down as SA people very fierce at certain table.
but it’s about all the perfume brands that’s at this sale don’t worry. hope help a bit in trying to picture what is on sale and price range.

Morgan Love sold out already!
Givenchy prism is selling real fast. Esprit Life & Kate Moss still have a lot of stock. By the time I went there at 12, there are 3 MNG Adorably cofferet. 3 minutes later, bhamm– they’re gone. So I think there’s a possibility they will restock MNG cofferet tomorrow. Paul & Joe’s lipstick is really nice. Too bad the colors are limited to 5-7 already.

I was there around 1++ today. Kate Moss, Espirit Life, Miss Sixty and Morgan Love still available. MNG Adorable calling last 30+ bottles. In fact I notice most of the perfumes on sale yesterday are still available today. Most of the comestics especially the nice colours are no longer available. Today they brought Tous gift sets which were not there yesterday!!! Those looking for gift sets should go and check them out. There are also Nautica gift sets too which I didn’t notice yesterday.
Crowd was not too bad considering it is lunch hour on Friday. Queue to pay was long but I only have to queue for about 20 minutes. In fact by the time I left at about 2.25 the room was quite empty except for the queue to pay.

I went there during lunch time. The crowd was not that bad. Queing took around 30 minutes. Many perfumes on sale. At the centre of the hall, they displayed perfumes which are not that popular. Most I have never heard before.
Most of the popular ones are displayed on tables surrounding the hall. I bought two perfumes: Miss Sixty RM63 – 75ml for my self and St Dupont Men - 100 ml RM69 for my husband. St. Dupont for men smell really2 nice.

for the kompleks antarabangsa perfume sales, they did lower the price for bags, cosmetics. Perfume i heard also lower, like buy 1 free 1 from my friend who went there 2 hours b4 closing.

Yea, the one in Kompleks, they lowered down the price. But I went to the Mui Plaza one last day, last 1-2 hour no mark down. So, not sure about this one. I just came back from the sale again, came at around 6+ PM. Bought another 5-6 perfume, another 300 gone *sigh* My main purpose is to buy compact powder, but paul and joe only left one color, dark one, doesn’t really suit me. Givenchy close ady

Ladies pls help. I bought a Paul & Joe dual crayon multi effect which works as eyeliner and lipliner.
But the problem is i donno which side is for lips n which is for eyes!
I really forgot wat the sales person told me. Can anyone help?

Hi..
I was wondering if anyone notice the perfume doesn’t last long? I bought David Beckham, Adidas, Morgan Sweet Paradise & Absolutely Givenchy. I tested all of them on my wrist and the on my clothes, the smell disappear after 15 mins on my wrist and 30 mins on my clothes. I never experience this with any of the perfumes that I bought with full price before. Does anyone feels the same? Or there’s an explanation to this? Thanks..

I tested mango adorable, lasted like whole day on my clothes.
For others I don’t know but I am a bit disappointed as a few versace perfume i bought from this warehouse sale last armada hotel spree, men perfume set the smell didn’t last long, and the versace summer woman my mother in law complain dam itchy on her skin and don’t dare to use anymore. Must really check the manufacturing day, if 1-3 years old perfume better don’t buy.

I do agree with Sue. Spent about RM 870.00 on perfume and later found out that the smell does not last long. I believe they are using the original as tester to impress us but gave us a poor quality when we purchased the product. Very dissapointing. I dont think I’ll ever go again to this kind of gimmick. Better buy a full-priced perfume from departmental stores. Lagi puas hati.

Minah Kepo! : Owh actually the Paul & Joe dual crayon can both work as eyeliner or lip liner. U can apply the pink colour either as eyeliner or lip liner and so does the maroon colour. I bought 2,one code 04 & 01. I’d tried both onto my eyelids and lips. Its sooo easy to apply n looks perfect to me! Dpt 2 colour in one stix and can tkr2 kt mata or bibir.. I think its worth buying! Happy trying k! Hehe..
I tested my Morgan Love..I wore it this morning at 9 n now the smell still lasts. Lovely smell!
I also tested the esprit collection for women and all givenchy Very Irresistible perfumes that i bought. It seems ok n the smell still lasts. I dunno why it didn’t last to some of u. Maybe because most of the fragrances sold there were edt n we r not sure when is the manufacturing date aite. We can’t sure cos got no manufacturing label oso.. Maybe happen to only some of the brands je kot. But i bought the Paul & Joe cosmetics it shows the manufacturing date was 2006. haha.. It was 2 years ago. hahaha..
