Not worth going at all! the last round (abt 4mhts back) they had it in ttdi and i went to get a pair of sandle. it cost me rm149 but actually they have MARKED UP the price from rm129 to rm149! can u imagine this? and the worst thing is i still pay for it bcos i desparately needed a sandle! So, how do i get to know this?? when i picked up this last pair of sandle, the price tag is rm129 but the paperboard on the tray written rm149/pair, so i check with the sales man and the guy quickly remove the sticker in front of me and say no, it’s wrongly price! i did argue bcos the price sticker looks like has been there for sometime, it definitely cant be wrongly price! silly right?

hahaha….. If the cost above RM50 then don’t borther to buy la. Spend your money wisely.

miu,
u seem like the shopping queen ler…u been to g2000 sale?
August 20th, 2008 at 1:39 pm
Usually the price range for Timberland would be around RM300+ to 700+. Women sandals/shoes are usually at 399 and above. So 150+ is consider very cheap >..<

i personally think that clark is much better choice when come to price and quality! At least they dont marked up price like timberland! customer wont get cheated!
August 23rd, 2008 at 10:48 pm
not only timberland brand is there. A lot of other brands too. Although i’ve 2 say that the shirts isnt really cheap.bought a shirt cost 100+ if u looking for shoes definetely worth it.last time go boutique cost 500plus,here got half d price. Sure good deal for me!
August 25th, 2008 at 4:52 pm
guys, timberland shoe r not worth it. I used to own a pair and thought that they were good. But there are more comfortable shoes out there in the market. Ever heard of Sperry? Go check it out on the website http://www.sperry.com The shoes are nicer and more comfortable than TL. They cost about the same as well. So dun waste your time there….
August 26th, 2008 at 1:35 pm
I for a change don’t mind buying goods from warehouse sales. No point to buy the latest item in the market at a high price. Shoes is just a shoe no matter what price it is, it still goes on our feet. So irregardless of warehouse sale or outlet sales or whatever sales, it’s the same thing.
If you say it’s markup - frankly I don’t think so, cause those shoes are actually old stocks which over time depreciates in value and quality. New = expensive. Old = cheaper. Make sense?

I bought two Timberland Active wear before but not from warehouse sale. The first one was a bad buy but the second one was good and still had the shoe with me. Quite durable as well. However, must test throughly as not all Timberland shoe are comfortable to wear. The first pair, I was sweating like hell. The second one was much more comfortable.
I will go and see whats on sale. Used to heard my friend complaint RM500 and below Timberland leather shoe are shit. Only RM600 or more one are nice to wear. Not sure about that but I will never pay more than RM200 for a pair of shoe regardless of the brand (I did bought a pair of HP executive shoe(RM299) for my wedding, the only exception).
September 4th, 2008 at 11:33 am
for me whatever price for mechandise item above RM100 is not a warehouse sale…hehehehehee
September 4th, 2008 at 1:33 pm
Well, u can judge that way. For luxury/ high-end products, during clearance/warehouse sale, eventhough after 70-80% discount, price can still be higher than RM100. That really depends which range of brands you’re looking at….
September 4th, 2008 at 1:58 pm
yes.,i agree.. even if LV buat warehouse sale also the price can be estimated above RM500 laaa… warehouse sale is depends on a brand whether or not the price is reeaaalyy cheap or wayyyy too much..
but if you say for this Timberland warehouse sale, each pair lebih kurang harganya RM100++., ok sangat lah tuuu.. for me it\’s cheap though!
September 4th, 2008 at 2:03 pm
Yup i agree, but it is for me…..others i don’t know….!!!!! hahahah
September 4th, 2008 at 2:20 pm

Just came back from the sale.. Did’nt buy anything. The black shoe that I want, is already crack. While the brown one, no stock :<. Price-RM149. No stock also for the kids! Did’nt have time to check the clothes
September 4th, 2008 at 3:13 pm
Another time wasting event. Not much choice plus price is so-so only.
Adult shoes n sandals start from RM199 onwards. Windbreaker cum sweater RM249. Expensive la. Somemore say warehouse sale. Let them stock longer la. Wasting people time only.
Hoping Hush Puppies sale tomorrow will be better.

I went there at around 2PM. All women’s shoes/sandal are at one price - RM149(normal price are around RM299-RRM399).But most of the sandals are out of stock ady, shoes for small sizes(5.5/6) are also out of stock. All men’s shoes/boots/sandals are at RM199. Some limited editions are at RM249. But the clothes are quite expensive, might as well buy it from the normal Timberland Outlet (during sale). I asked the SA if they are going to replenish the stock for shoes/sandals tomorrow but according to them most probably no, that is all that they have. They will only restock the clothes. I bought 2 women shoes and one boot for my husband(can yo imagine at only RM199 - ori price is 949??) There are some boots for women as well (ori price is around 600+) also selling for RM 149, nice design/cutting as well, but too bad I don’t think I’m gonna wear it that much..Kid’s shoes are at RM79, when I first arrived still got some stock, but when I asked again before going back, almost all gone ady..For me, it’s really cheap. Really worth going (for the shoes)!
September 5th, 2008 at 12:58 pm

September 5th, 2008 at 3:21 pm
went yesterday… for me it it was worth it… i arrived at 10 ish.. the tips is you cannot be too choosy… just grab whatever u see nice…you only decide when you about to pay.. hehhehe… actually i have been eyeing those shoes when i went to Timberland’s shop couple of month ago… so, at d 1st glance yesterday, i just grab it. Price is waaay cheeaper.. in retails shops, the sandals/shoes was priced at 200++-300+, so, 149 ok laa kannnnn and since my last visit to Timberland shop was couple of mth ago, meaning the stocks are not that old.. the only downside is they dont have a lot of small sizes stocks.. shoes and clothes.. so when i finally get to move from shoe counter to clothes, not many choices left…
neways, i bought 3 shoes for me, 1 tshirt, 1 shirt and 1 polo tee for my hubby… for me.. it was satisfying…
