Can u pls help to find out whether they sell the same designs & stocks qty as Menara TM. If it is, I dun want to waste my time to go for this one as I had gone for Menara TM sales and none of the designs are my cup of tea. Those I like one out of sizes..

Heehee bagus la Crocs ni, I think they read our comments (and complaints!) in the previous post of their sale. And kudos to SNS too! I just hope that the items that they will be selling this time are not the saki-baki from the previous sale.

My friend who worked there just told me that it’s the baki from the previous sales. THey’re trying to clear all the old stocks only. Limited size and design. No need to waste your time and afford.

At any warehouse sale, sure dont hv the latest design n limited size lo.. Ofkos la warehouse is to clear the ‘saki-baki’ from previous sale. Dont expect too much. U want the trend? Prepare the cash lo. But now i sensed something this lately. Warehouse sale almost same with normal sale. So, not very worth my time n money. Oh not to forget, 2008 nearly end. So prepare ur cash for this coming end-year sales! Yeah happy shopping..

p/s: I think Croc warehouse is ok to go. If have time, mybe i ll drop by…

No la, pls don have any warehouse at Cheras/Kepong (n preferably not KL like Times Square).

U know the road network in Cheras/Kepong? Full of traffic lights, not smooth one. Times Square? Wah, the car park in KL shopping malls charge by the hour, if dun wan to pay, prepare to walk, some more lifts so small, how to go in with stroller? the escalator also sempit. Really not child/family friendly. (I rest my case). And the directory (to find shops) in the shopping mall… chialat.

Very different from The Curve and the like.

U know how SLOW IS THE LIFT at TIMES SQUARE? Aiyoh, if Berjaya got no money to build a PROPER/MODERN SHOPPING MALL, don build la (last time heard, the projek delay so long cos no $).

The konsep like Sungai Wang, but Sungai Wang was built a long time ago. Really sad la dis Times Square (name only so impressive). Small shops n narrow paths.

Lucky Pavillion is not like dat.

what Jam said is right…maybe here is not relevant to what he/she said..but since someone mentioned abt times square..y not curi2 cerita right? hahah..but it’s true..times square lifts are so damn slowwwwwwwwwwww…if i wasnt with kids and stroller, of course i would rather use escalator..but since i got lotsss of excess baggage…have to wait for lifts…n so damn pissed off with ppl who can use escalator easily but still waiting for lift n have no sympathy for ppl like me! ehhh..sorry terjoin jam plak…crocs…yeah..i just remember…another sale? just dont forget new year 2009..kids school fees, school shoes, books bla bla….have to save…;)

Of course we cant expect to pay the warehouse sales price but expect to get the same trend at boutique and service.
If anyone wish to get the size that they didn’t get during the last sales, you may forget about it. Coz this round is to clear whatever not clear during the last wh sales.

for the love of human race…. bear in mind times square is a HIGH building ya? so, the lift will be a little slow since it has to stop at each and every floor most of the time…

and fyi, there’s so many lifts at times square, so it matter which lift u choose to take… usually the congested ones are the one at the end and the parking ones.. otherwise, all should be perfectly fine….

comparing malls with only 3 to 6 floors, please!

This is the respond from Crocs

As these is End of Life ( EOL ) Sales or also known as Discontinued Sales, basically the models offered will be similar to what we sold at Menara TM – with limited sizes at selected ranges. EOL at Amcorp is to cater for new customers – mainly on PJ crowds who have yet to visit us at the last event at Menara TM. There will be more EOL events from time to come.

Nothing much to add on, as shoes is also going on by trend and fashion. Certain ranges have to face-off and bringing in new stock arrival.

err is crocs that good?

i think they’re only popular for their “never see before selipar plastic” haha (this is just a joke dun get offended). In fact I’ve been wearing crocs.. and although they said it’s slip-resistant.. i find that it’s still dangerous to walk on wet floors in malaysia (u know our floors… ). I even fell in front of public one day wearing crocs. I can’t deny it’s so unique and i’m tempted to buy. But is crocs really that useful?

sometime ago, didn’t a child wearing crocs almost got her feet munch off by the escalator? after that incident, shoppin centre like 1utama, BSC put up signs saying becareful. They got a pic of CROC slipper in it with X sign.

i read many stories abt escalator incident too… two of the incidents happend to m’sian blogger… being super freak mummy, i’m only allowed my boys to wear their crocs around home, playground, beach etc..but nothing near escalator.

depends, I’m wearing crocs due to health issue as I got heel spur so by wearing crocs which offer the coffer against the hard floor while walking helps. I have many pairs of different type of crocs actually and its fun coz I wear a pair for work, and the others base on mood/colour for weekends and after work hours hahaha. Love the colours though.

Its worth it if you dun mind the design and wear for comfort and not coz of fashion. So if you are those fashionable then I dont think you would enjoy the crocs and its colour coz majority will surely say its ugly but if you are those like me wear coz of comfort then it will be worth it as its cheaper than buying outside

Bought a professional, clocolate, last pair on last mth sales for my, but she not really like it, is new and never wear b4, only try. since this time sales will not hv the colour anymore, if anyone like the colour, and the size is 8 for woman, 6 for men, can let me know, sell at the same price, can deliver to ampcoll mall

I only went there at 4.30pm at the Menara TM sales so m not sure what size are avail as all the women’s was sold out by then and left a last pair ~ size 3 ladies which I got for my mum.

yea sad to say i do pay that kind of money to buy the ‘plastic slipars’. Heel pain vs no pain. Not much of choice there for me to choose ! hahahahaa plastic or what also dont care as long as it helps sudah.

doesnt the quality is the same like what giant tesco sell..’crocs plastic’ what i can see all of it was manufacture from China..ermm wonder just becOs of the brand..the price..wowww compare with price selling at giant tesco etc.. i went to Brandoulet and saw the plastic slipper..with spongebob brand..just same like crocs je..ahhahaha no much diff. hehhehe.. yeah once i saw erm one sign warning beside the escalator ‘crocs fans please becarefull when using the esclator.” alamak..apa nie quality ka nak mencederakan org..oh goshhh

this is base on personal experience ya not sure if others is the same as well. the quality is different. the ones i got from giant, tesco the material will harden after using them for long and its not as ‘soft’ on the heel compare to when we 1st got them.

initially i started with buying the ones from giant, tesco as well (coz cheap and compare to original crocs the difference in $ is alot) but after using them and then vs the original crocs (given as gift from someone) i changed my mind and use the real thing from then on…

end of the day, it depends on individual preference in using this shoe coz some totally hate the design, some just doesnt like the colours as it was being too striking. what is comfy to some might not be for others so this is very personal

i saw in 1u having the sign as well on crocs but so far i dont have problem wearing it but i notice some ppl tends to trip on their shoe when wearing. I’m not sure if its coz buying the wrong size or the way ppl who wore it though…

I went to Menara TM at 12pm++ and they were not anything for ladies,mainly for kids and men. the staff told me we shd wear one size bigger as compared to normal shoe size for Crocs. However, if ur feet is small, u may wear size 3 for the kids shoes.

Actually they didnt hv many designs & choices as compared to other warehouse sales. I guess wat Wynn said was right. The shd call it as Clearance sales coz I was shocked to see so limited deisgns & sizes. Those who didnt go can see the photos posted by John. I think the link was posted on earlier sales. there were 2 rows only, what do u expect?

though they claimed some designs are unisex, but sorry to say I wont wear la. Those designs which are more feminine or those u spotted din their shop were not available.

As for kids , they are plenty for girls (a lot of pink barbies shoes)and some for boys, but I dun quite like the colour. I prefer something simpler. DUn push yourself to buy just becoz of 50%. Luckily I managed to overcome my emotional feelings coz I almost ended buying one for my kid just becoz of 50%.
But I bot one pair of hydro which I think not bad for man..

My advice: U had better searched thru their website for the designs listed and if they are not your cup of tea, dun waste your time lor..
Might as well u pay more at the shop to get a pair of Crocs which u really like both the design & colour, right?

Bear in mind that Petrol and parking are not cheap:)

People… dont bother going. They have not even started yet. There are at least 400 people already and the organisers dont know when/where to start. I suspect they dont have enough shoes to sell also. As previously said, They are late again.
A Waste of everyone’s time. Very Very Bad Organiser!!!

Dun waste your time frens, if it is the same with prev sales, really not many choices & Qty also.. Not sure whether they can cater 400++

Just got news from fren who is there… initally they say the place will be beside EDEN restaurant but due to the crowd (abt 100 plus people who was lining up) the shifted to inside. Once inside ppl started lining up again and the crowd surge to abt 300 odd people and kept growing. The staff only reach at 10am and started doing their display there and then.

Things there was not display and is still in boxes and unlike Menara TM was not display properly and the staff only allow 10 ppl in at a time *lady in charge gave this instruction* and dun bother in following the queue where people have lined up and just let anyone go in. Which created chaos among the crowd on the spot who pushes, hit on and scream at others.

Ppl who is inside just grab whatever boxes they saw then only see colour and size later on. All they do is just grab whatever they could get their hands on. Apparently there isnt even enough boxes for people to grab as they dont have alot of stocks there for this sale.

This is a bad one indeed. It left alot of people feel disgrunted.

Just came back from Amcorp Mall too. Not worth going (at all). Wasting time. Hurricane was true. Really unprofessional organiser. I was there at 10.30am but still, they didn’t set up anything..just boxes of crocs..
just to make it short… very bad in organising the sale. (very very bad…).. they should plan it well.

i heard from the management ppl said they won’t bring out those stocks until not so crowded… what a sale from them! they should arrange properly..
last time i went to the cadbury’s warehse sales. i think they managed very well! not like this stupid management! dissappointing!

my fren is going to write a complain letter to the management regarding of how their staff handle the sale ~ from late opening to the unable to manage the crowd and rude supervisor (or person in charge).

well, all i have to say is, i am a warehouse freak, but have never encountered such organizers with poor handling and preparation. they don’t even know how to organize a sale. instead picking on public, shouting at us and trying to impose upper on us. probably they thought we were there not to purchase instead, redeem for free.

we did yell at them, they crowd moved in and they move out. good lesson to them for having a bunch of clown trying manage a sale. it was merely an auction sale. hehehe.

i will never attend another crocs sale rather buy it at retail price. Stupid management with superb brand.

forget about going if U’re planning to FINISH!! HABIS not a single one left. arrived there at 12.30pm & just saw a long long LONG queue to pay. Not a single one on display. Many were holding some 4-5 boxes of crocs. oh WELL!

It was an awful awful awful event. The organizers were not punctual and were not prepared for such a big crowd. I reached at 9.50am and people were already crowding the sales area (next to Eden Cafe). I waited for 10 mins and decided to sip coffee at starbucks while seeing the anxious typical Malaysians trying queuing up.
About 10.30am, they moved the location to the concourse. This is when things got bad. There was no system and no control. Initially when a few ppl were allowed into the semi circle sales area, the crowd started screaming and uttering offensive words. The staffs could not do anything but watch. Then things got really bad. Everyone began pushing the barriers and got into the sales area and started grabbing.

I was talking to some of their staff and it was such an embarrassment. I am sure some ppl just took the shoes and left without paying. Boxes were stepped on, everyone was pushed. I only stood back and watch.

It was disgusting.

The crowd at TM was much more civilized. Just my 2 cents worth.

VERY VERY BAD SALE!!!! For such a famous brand it is very sad to see them handle the sale. People shouting, pushing. Everything was so out of control.

well, when u have people buy 1 pair take 2 on the way out, or grab whatever u can get then walk out without paying SURE sudah masuk lori lah. What else is there left when its FREE CROCS to be given away like that right under the nose of the staff ?

when i check with my fren and he confirm what Saturniq have mentioned where ppl take the shoe out without paying… no wonder he told me its one of the worst he have ever been to. scary and memalukan.

This is the worst and most unorganised warehouse sale I’ve attended in my entire life. Crocs is a good product & brand but the management (external/internal) team that organisesd this sale was inexperience.

They arrive past 10am and could not figure out how & where they shd setup the racks. It’s advertised that sale begins from 10am -7pm but the Crocs team begin the actual setup abt 10.20am.

The crowd grew bigger and impatient. I saw that there were only 5 large boxes and I knew there will not be enough for everyone. I left disappointed and empty-handed after waiting for 1 hour.

My personal opinion is that the way this sale is organised reflects the efficiency of the local distributor/company operations. It’s a total MESS!

actually many ppl have left their comments here from the beginning on their experiences of prev sales including myself.

There were also ppl who feedback that this sales is offering the same designs as prev sales. Stocks are limited.

At the end: many refused to listen to us. Still want to try their luck, still want to go all the way from some where else. when they reached there, saw the crowd , still refused to leave , still wanted to join them and being pushed by ppl. Because of what?? all becoz of 50% la…

Well, i am not siding them. it is obviously their fault for such a badly organized sales. But advice had been to u all by us (shoppers who have one for Menara TM sales).

So, what can we say?? we already left comments here in order to help you all to avoid this incident but some ppl just dun listen:(

Uncivilized Filipino’s that all l can say, l was pushed by this group (2 girls and 1 boy) to get in the crowd, to my surprise she even jumped in the box and start throwing the shoes to her friend. Terrible and horror… when the organizer yelled “Malaysian please behave yourself’ the Filipino proudly replied “We’re not Malaysian, we’re Filipinas…”

Management of Crocs, please, please, please if you cannot handle this type of event, please get event management or event organizer to handle it. It looks very unprofessional, bad reputation to you guys yelling and screaming to your potential customer. You should have plan A & B to stabilize the situation. Not just put it off, for the reason is, the crowd is unexpected’.. I don’t mind if the reason given by local company.. but as an international com. It is so embarrassed!!!.

but end of the day…stealing from a sale is still despicable act be it crowded or not !

Rav 3, I know. i was in Menara TM. what I meant was if they saw this crazy crowd this morning. why they didnt want to leave? Y still wanted to wait for them to set up?

They should know stocks are limited & shd have expected there will be a lot of ” pushing” and “shoutings”.

I think some of the readers who just left or drank coffee somewhere else were doing the right thing..

Since we cant change how some “uncivilized” ppl behave, we shd leave to avoid unhappy incidents to happen.

DUn u agree with me? at the end of the day. no one is happy regardless of which party is injured.

I would not have enjoyed th egoods i bot in this kind of condition either, even I managed to grab one..

I know what u mean and agree with you as well in terms of the stocks and design. Its already stated what design is avail anyway. Luckily i manage to grab a pair at menara TM for my mum 15 mins before they close.

my fren wife who have a shop upstairs called to tell me the horror story too she was upstairs from the concourse so she can see the happening ala birds eye view. she also say lucky didnt go down and get stuck among the crowd. migraine tu.

greetings to every warehouse freak…this is the worst warehouse sale i’ve been to. in this uncivilised and horrific moment ( a guy screaming his head off(woi queue la, stupid don’t you know how to queue?!!) when people want to see what are being displayed,most were pushing and yelling to everyone that’s in their way,just to grab any pair as if they are entitle for a free pair courtesy of the organizers for opening late and making them wait.some even take thier entitiled pairs and walk away without guilt. most would say blame it on the organizers for such poor management of the sale. I don’t actually. the crowd was really unexpected if you compare with the one at tm.We have lost our value not only as malaysian but as a human being just because of quality rubber shoes with holes. People whoever you are don’t come again for any warehouse sale ever! you are the nightmare for all warehouse sale lovers. thank you sns for every info that’s given.

Actually…last week at Tm i manage to grab 9 pairs…..i was lucky all was ok and size too.. I was there at 4pm and the staff are there to serve us and from 14 pairs i manage to select 9 out of it…Today,.,…..a nightmare…Thank god i didn go today….CRAZY…

worst..worst..worst…warehouse sale..that I have ever been.The lady in charge said they didn’t expect a huge crowd like this., that is why they did not prepare..well..it is a very common statement and you shouldn’t be conducting a sales when you have never been to one..Honestly, I do not blame the warehouse sales hunter as we are bargain to get the cheapest..and we are like fighting to get the best with the affordable price..so, please do not expect us to start queuing when there was no queuing system at the first place.

@ Mad! J –> who the hell are you to say Filipino’s are not civilized…I know you saw the whole incident this morning, it’s not just Filipinos who were there, Chinese, Indians and Malays also. Majority of whom are still Malaysian locals so why point your fingers on Filipinos. Do not blame what happened to you or in the sale just because you just saw 1 Filipino jumping and shouting, have you seen the big picture???? Everyone is like a wild animal scavenging and pushing each other for rubber slippers. DO NOT POST RACIST COMMENTS HERE AND STOP POINTING FINGERS!!!!

I think this is a lesson learned for all of us and to the organizers also. Everyone participated on this chaos and it’s everyone’s fault. Also the Organizer didn’t do a good job on managing their activity.

I also going at 10.15 am so many ppl, and they don’t open yet. i get 4 pairs crocs shoes. I also berebut2 at the crowd and my hubby very shock…hehehehehe. Crocs management also lari maaaa.

my hubby want to go to boutique bcoz he see so many crowd but i said alang2 dh sampai y don’t we try….hehehehehe.

but i think the sales is not the crocs yg buat bcoz…the receipt i got not crocs receipt it kinderdijk receipt….i think crocs sub to them like huggies sales last time. amcorp securities said that they don’t inform them about the sales, and if they inform then they will make a line for Q.

YES….ada ppl don’t pay & the bukti is around tiang got mana old selipars like asadi, selipar jepun & etc….and 1 lgik bukti is ppl is about 100++ but the Q to pay is only like 20-30 ppl where is the rest…..??????

my mum went… she was lucky to be among the first few people to get the crocs… but you know wat… she got a pair of Axle which is both the left foot… one size 8 and 10… OMG…. i was suppose to have one of those but the crowd just rushed in so i lost my crocs…. STUPID croc management… you guys should come earlier and set up the place… and bring more crocs… it’s 50% sale… you guys should expect a huge crowd coming to get the crocs…

kinderdijk is the distributor in M’sia. The organizer is so so so stupid. I went there at 9.45am, nothing there. till 11am, baru there’s a Q. My husband went to q-up, then I walked to the front to see what’s happening. The organizer doesn’t even know where to start the Q, when they said they’re going to start letting ppl in from this direction, ppl at the other side screamed and shouted, said they’re the head of the Q…almost wanted to fight. I saw the situation like that, somemore the stocks are really limited. so I left. Why waste time !! Stupid organizer. They dont respect their customer at all, be it a clearance sale !!

kinderdijk is a very disappointing company. fyi they also carry avant brand(infant products), fisher price and maclaren. let me share with u my experience with kinderdijk. there was 1 time we ordered crocs shoes in bulk for our company team building. prior to that, they sent us some samples in different sizes on certain designs, so that we could decide what design and shoe size we wanted. after taking our orders, they demanded for full payment before sending the goods to us. which was also 1 of our mistakes to pay them in advance. next thing u know, they sent us all the wrong shoes, wrong sizes and wrong colours and wrong quantity(not enough) to our team building venue. we had the team building at another state and most of us didnt bring extra slippers as we were supposed to wear the crocs during our activities. then kinderdijk said it was due to out of stock so that they sent us something else.. were they suppose to do? there are so many outlets, why didnt u just get it from the outlets and send the CORRECT shoes to us. end up our colleagues had to wear the hotel’s slippers for our activities, so Disappointing.
after the event, i heard from the colleague in charge, kinderdijk sent us all the not so sellable shoes to us and leave the good ones for the outlet to sell. can u imagine???? kinderdijk took the opportunity to get rid of the old stocks. not sure is it just the company or the staff that they hire. such a big company that carries reputable brands, shame on u!! ppl, think twice abt the distributor KINDERDIJK!!

I think people dont mean to ‘steal’ it, just with the anger, and saw the mess & disorganized, so just walked away with frustration and DONT WANT TO PAY ! but want the shoes lah ….

Kinderdijk also a distributor/agent for avent, fisher price n mac laren and they are so kedekut in giving discount… i’m mother of 3, and have been hunting for discount for avent products but paling banyak pun 20% okay… satu Msia harga dia control… even kalau ada baby/kids exhibition pun kedekutnya nak bagi discount… for maclaren item pun sama… if you want cheaper goods, buy online… or paling dekat pi singpore.. avent are cheaper there

p.s. CROCS’ quality is different from the ones sold at hypermarts, tho of the same designs. u can compare and will feel the difference when u try both.

I am a big fan of warehouse sale. This is the WORST warehouse sales I have ever been to! The organizers are terrible. They were UNORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL! One of the staff even yelled at us… We are PAYING for your items, not taking them for free. We desrve better respect! To CROCs management : please do not attempt to have another warehouse sale unless you can organize it well….. if u do….. bikin MALU company sendiri saja!!!!

just to share………..An old man was the victim on 6th Nov Crocs sales in Amcorp Mall…

He was push and injure his head and leg during the sales. I was told he is 65 yrs old and “Q” for hours just to reward his beloved grandson for a pair of Crocs.

Why the organiser and amcorp management never look into shopper safety especially for elderly? Who suppose to be responsible for this incident?

I also went there during the sales. Was there at 12.30 thereabouts and the guard told me habis already. I was totally shocked.
But what to do, already there, so went for lunch at the Korean Restaurant with my friend. After lunch we saw Croc staff selling at the closed video games outlet just next to the restaurant. Not many saw them there so there were only about 10 people or so. I quickly went in and bought 2 pairs while my friend bought one pair. Sizes and choices were very limited but luckily for me and my friend, we have big feet so could find size gam gam for us.
Guess we were the few lucky ones.
But Crocs must really buck up and organise better warehouse sales, otherwise spoil reputation.
Have u guys tried LENO shoes? Very Good brand also.

there one crocs sales at Pinang Medical Supplies SS15/5A Subang Jaya, there have 50% discount. the type same as above. while stock last…today got. i baru jer beli tadi, proffesional, kids scutes & kids motion.
