Hey all,
Don’t bother going to the sale, it’s a complete waste of time. The stuff there are things that you won’t even want if they were to give it to you FOC lah…all dirty and just awful!! I went looking to buy some cotton pads, blotters and ear buds and they didn’t even have those so left empty handed. Good thing it’s only 5 mins from my office! Prices are also not how warehouse prices should be.
It seems as though Guardian has a warehouse sale every other month and it’s really not attractive. It’s a marketing gimmick to get consumers to go under the misguided impression that things there are much cheaper than in the outlets, when it’s actually not that much cheaper.
I think SNS should ban all these retailers from advertising their nonsense as ‘Warehouse Clearance Sale’ in order not to waste our time. Maybe just post those clearance sales that are really genuine. What say you, SNS?
How about the shampoo and foam? Still worth buying there or just visit its outlets. I punya shampoo sudah habis la , but I gonna have the good one and not the old stock. I’m afraid of going bald. My hair ripped so much lately and afraid using old shampoo that chemical inside it can make more worse.
I bought bath get at RM3, that’s all. Nothing much worth buying.

Better spend a bit more $$ and buy from the outlets lah. U might go bald using the shampoo from this warehouse sale. I don’t know what brands they have, but I didn’t recognize the bottles so it’s not from those well-known brands
Cosmestic items not desirable – just some refills. Masks (cannot remember the brand, quite cheap – 10 pieces RM 5).
Got a few slimming items but I did not check that out.
Food stuffs quite okay because the expiry date is at the end of 2009.
Bath gel is at RM3 – quite a few variety.
The baby clothes are outside – quite a variety. Whether it is cheap or not, cannot say … din stop to look.

I afraid at the end I have to spend more $$ to Yun Num Hair plak nanti. I have better be more precautious now than later. Intention to save more money and look for cheaper resulting in more money have to spend to recover.

went there today, no baby product but the Bebe’s Home section was ok.bought a few cloths for my son,peter’s rabbit product going at 50% off and still wrapped in plastic. spent about rm200 jugak ler

Saw some Walker’s cakes and cookies; Knott’s Berry jam; potato chips; chocolates snacks & wafers (can’t remember the name of the brand as I’ve never heard of it before). I just saw these at a glance so I can’t provide more detailed info.
chocolate, potato chips, biscuits, jam, peanut butter n sweets r selling cheap but mostly goin to expired soon, hv to becareful when buying. Kids apparels r not really warehouse price but stil cheaper than shopping mall. Not crowded at al n easy to get parking, I hope the info that i provide enuff for u to decide whether go o not.

for your case, you can try using baby shampoo. Better buy @ hypermarkets, cheaper.

FYI there’s yet another Guardian Clearance sale from 2-9 Dec at Dataran Hamodal, Sect 13, PJ (hope I got the dates right cos I zoomed past the banner and just had a quick glance).
Don’t know why there are so many Guardian clearance sales so close to each other but anyway, happy shopping!
