I have to agree with Dissappointed.
I went to the store in Midvalley Garden.
The sales person are so stiff and not friendly at all. Meet and greet customers when they come in no matter what. Especially in a empty store.

Went there today. Was so dissapointed. I asked them if they could check a shoe size for me in another store but the reply was “It is our store policy that we cannot call another store to check on sizes as we are very busy during sales time”.
I certainly think this is bad customer service as the store seems empty and the sales people are just standing around. Hence they are not allowed to call because of company policy during sales time. Anyway the discount is very little. Nothing much to WOOOOO about….but BOOOO on their company policy for setting this policy which turn their customer off.

i love this brand, soft & comfortable material !
In fact, you can go one day earlier to choose and reserve, then pay on the next following day.

I think the discount not that much, may be it is about 20%, certain items are 30-40%.
