I was in this sales last time in near SS13 PJ. very frustrating not so much clothes that are in trend.. there are but not so interesting, got lah shirt cheap one 29.90 but i think sometimes at outlet sales u will find this kind of price also, no need to go cramping inside the warehouse sales. and some of the nice clothing also still very pricey not suitable for warehouse sales .. thats my opinion.. to all Shopaholic out there including my self, gotta remember to save during rainy days, time is tough now..

to mamma ryan, hmm last time i have not see babies clothing, this time round not sure

to Rizzo: The handbags are limited and not very nice. They were chucked in one side without anyone touching. Some were torn and worn out. Range around RM20-100+(luggage bag.)

There were many clothes. Like seriously alot. From tank tops to dresses and shorts and jeans. Worth going if you don’t mind digging deep and finding treasures. (:

Can wait to shop babies clothes for baby Rayyan. Hope there a lot of baby boy clothes as I went to few warehouse, baby boy clothes are very limited.

If what in-si-der wrote in his/her comments is true…than is worth for trying out to find the clothes price range between 9.90 to 19.90.

All the warehouses in this month really make me broke. Lovely discount n product offer!

    To mama rayyan,
It’s true what Elliza has mentioned about Zara’s final clearance. It’s the same price (RM9.90-RM19.90). I’ve always waited until final clearance & grab the good bargains. They are probably the left over stock from their clearance..

Sorry Sunshine, did not see any Pull n Bear light weight jackets left.
Elliza, you are right – for babies more choices when they have final clearance in BU.
Now, only abt 300 pcs left, but at further marked down prices, less than prices of final clearance.
Not much for Zara Mens, more for Massimo Dutti mens.
    Lots n lots for ladies though… :)

    Kris,
Previously, they have a lot of shoes, mostly high heels.
    But its all mixed up.
Some are very old and ragged.
But some are nice too, so you really need to look hard.
The price is around RM80 if I’m not mistaken.
But they mixed the pig skin-linning shoes with other shoes as well, so muslim please be alert.

Fair share of all sizes available, prices start from 19.90 for Zara.

Pull and Bear RM 9.9 til RM 59.9
The layout is by brand, and category of items (t-shirts in wagons), pants, skirts, dresses.
The RM 19.9 is everywhere, mostly visible in the wagons.

Planning to go around 11 plus.. and it looks like it’s really really cheap..

Planning to buy stuffs for myself and my bf… It will be so worth it..
Ya, can we bring our bags in??
coz most of the warehouse sales, they encourage not to bring bags in.
Some even ask us to put our bag in the plastic bag provided by them and they sealed it…
So, do we have to put our bags in the plastic bags provided or we can bring it in just like that??

My husband passed by the area this morning. The queue to go into the area is superrrrrr longggg… And the warehouse sale area is actually quite small. All the best if you wanna go!

  70. blinkblink
    April 30th, 2009 @ 1:49 pm

Crazy…went just now during lunch, was shocked by the queue and the guard keep shouting and yelling to the crowd…they only allow ppl go in 1 by 1 when got ppl come out…I feel it is crazy ler..if you wanna do warehouse sales please rent a larger space….or else don’t do better. Making ppl disapointed, somemore we are customer to spent money and yet kena shout and yell like that… wonder who is the smart organizer ler…gosh…those ppl was like dying to go in…many students queuing as well

  71. mumtazx
    April 30th, 2009 @ 2:10 pm

The queue is super long….. long…. long…. Tired of waiting until no mood to shop.
Why la…. they did not do something like Metrojaya sales…the comestic area does not required us to queue this long….

Went there this morning at 10.45 am. The queue is too long & fed up of waiting. Really dissapointed with their management arrangement. Most of the time wasted for queuing. The guard will only let us in 5 ppl at a time.Got fed. chao

wah!! luckily i din take leave to go… the one i went in KL last year not that bad wor but still Q for 2 hours to pay.. =_=’

  74. layang-layang
    April 30th, 2009 @ 3:02 pm

    ya, well said!
    organizer, pls be smart la!
Pls rent the hotel ballroom or a stadium like Metrojaya so that people dun hv to Q up under the hot sun or squeeze like sardines.

Kudos to MJ, air-cond and plenty of cashiers, ample parking lots— Shoppers can shop with peace of mind!

I only went to Zara 1st sales in Corus hotel , thereafter i am not going anymore coz I hate Q ing like that.
More over, that area is famous for narrow road and limited parking space la..

Pls bear in mind, we need to pay leh, it is not free one.

  75. dawnfire
    April 30th, 2009 @ 3:25 pm

OK! I am just back from the Zara sale and here is the update…
The prices are cheap.. T-shirt tops at RM19.90 all in a bin, Trousers, Pants going for RM69.90, Zara Dresses going for RM 99.90, Mossimo Duti – RM 139.90 for dresses and various tops, the really nice ones RM249.00, Zara Jackets RM99.90..
    Before entering the sale :-
Hundreds of people at the entrance until the glass broke .. no crowd control, a health hazard.. Zara management dont even want to spend money on hiring security personnel, no queueing system is being implemented, First In, First Out.. like parking space. Waiting 40 mins from 10.30Am to get in.. after being almost harassed with people from the back.. worst than hooligans..

When finally got inside, all i find are…
    1. dusty /mouldy/crumpled/few years ago clothes in various bins all going for RM19.90
    2. Zara jackets even my mother wont wear them
    3. Mossimo dresses with tags that are yellowed in colour.. so you know how old they are

This is NOT A WAREHOUSE SALE… THIS IS A DUMPING GROUND for all clothes from years ago, from various countries especially in Europe ..

I have been to Zara Sales (not warehouse sales) in Singapore, HK, Dubai AND that is really a sale with nice clothes maybe only one or two season behind.. not a dumping ground.

After getting stuck in the crowd for 40 mins, I left with nothing.

For all who plans to go, this is not a sale. Metrojaya had a better sale than this.

  76. zhi
    April 30th, 2009 @ 3:29 pm

reached there around 10.30 and the queue is already super long..we need to squeeze in…im lucky that i went in earlier as the rest need to wait for going in just when someone is going out..heard that the guard keep yelling and the glass door nearly fall due to the crowd..this is the first time going warehouse sales..dint expect to be so CRAZY!!

about those stuff..many starts from 19.90 but limited size for S..i only saw L and XL..M also ok..but i just cant find S…mens area is very limited…but i manage to bought pair of denim from pull&bear for RM39.90(ori RM119.00)..zara top for 19.90(ori RM129.90)..and 1 bag for RM69.90(ori RM259.00)..the stuff is real cheap and quality not bad!!
So whether worth to go or not is depends on you..because you need to queue and squeeze..!!

Tmr public holiday will be more ppl!!
    GOOD LUCK!!

    April 30th, 2009 @ 3:55 pm

Carina, u went at 10.45 also long queue?? then if i were to go tmr, i have to start queuing at 8??

don’t bother. seriously. clothes were crap, but nothing was more crap than the people in the queue. they’re reason enough to swear off warehouse sales for a lifetime. the stuff just isn’t worth putting up with all the shit you get from being around imbeciles like them who cram their greedy selves into spaces that are clearly too small for them and end up breaking glass doors.

Verity, I agree 101% with you. But the Sale Organiser is worst than the crowd on their part for being unprofessional & cost cutting with NO CROWD control which is a danger & hazard as the glass doors are broken & people may get hurt should there be a STAMPEDE. I went to the sale this morning.
I am a warehouse sale fan and go to most of them.
So far this is the 2nd WORST warehouse i’ve gone to (second goes to the crocs warehouse sale at amcorp mall) interms of the management.
    Reasons being:
    1. there was not line/instruction on where the que begins. people were coming from all directions hence —> pushing and stampede
    2. rude staff aka bouncers who were yelling and screaming at everyone to line up. hello!where is the bloody line to begin with??
    3. the sale area is SMALL,CRAMPED and HOT! people were sweating inside.
    4. it took forever to pay plus the que was so long that people were queing inbetween the clothes racks!!!!!

to the organizers, please learn from other companies who have done warehouse sales.
we r not asking for free item, we r still paying for them.
the prices may be cheaper than retail but that is not the reason to treat your customers any less humane!!!

good one that i can recommed are: FJ Benjamin, Loreal and Metrojaya.

I am looking for Zara mens office and casual wear…
Are these available during this warehouse sale?

  90. layang-layang
    April 30th, 2009 @ 6:40 pm

    excuse me!
there were so many kind-hearted ppl who gave their feedback so that we all wont join the crazy Q and contribute to the mess!
Yet there are still ppl asking for info on the sales?? like got mens wear or not la etc…

Dun tell me u would go just becoz u can save RM 100 or less for a pcs of shirt!! silly isn’t it?

U wont die if u dun buy a Zara shirt this time, 2ndly , u wont become bancrupt as well if u buy at their boutique ( if u really like their designs, just go and grab it at their boutique!).

So pls ladies & gentlemen, pls stay away from the spot, esp for those who plan to bring your kids there.
I have seen some parents bringing their kids to this kind of warehouse sales which is super dangerous!!

Be smart shoppers! spend wisely !

    Take care:)

    April 30th, 2009 @ 7:22 pm

Just came back from the sales… was there from 3 pm onwards. waited 30 mins in queue (2 line file, not as packed as in Real Mc_Coy’s pic). Even then also, it was still very packed inside. The sales area is way too small for this crowd and there is simply no organisation in the queue. You don’t even know the payment line start. Nothing much to buy. Most of the clothes are strewn on the floor and ppl are stepping on it. The clothes are ok but it is difficult to rummage through the bin when everyone is pushing and shoving u. All the sizes are in M to XL. Not many S sizes.

A big NO-NO for pregnant woman and kids,.

    dear all,

Thank u all for the sharing your experiences. However, layang-layang, u dont have the right to critice someone for asking a question on what was available at the sale. This is SHOPPING n SALES, ppl have all the right to ask questions regarding the sale. Plz dont be quick to judge other, everyone has been antcipating this sale for a long time, so what if they want info on the sale.

And secondly, what is wrong wt looking out for a bargain? You may not go bankrupt by shopping at the boutique that doesnt mean u can assume everyone is like you. Saving a 100 bucks on a designer item is why we all glued to sns so plz think twice next time before you say something like that.

    My humble opinion

    April 30th, 2009 @ 7:37 pm

i had been there around 2pm, and then i manage to grab in around 2.45pm.

Well, i would consider this as garbage collect centre instead of warehouse sales.

during i went there, the guard is not yelling at us, but from previous post, wat a bad experience you you guys huh? If it happen on me, sure i will CCB them back.

But during i am paying the cash, harlo!!!!!
we need to go through the ‘U’ shape within the clothes, and i had wait for half an hour juz because i wanna pay it.

Anyway, gals can go there as the collection is really lots,
but for guys, well… if you looking for blazer then can go for it, the others… haha.

Anyway, compare with Converse bla bla bla, this is consider a worst warehouse sales!

Customers are even been management and polite then the staffs working in.

As all comment stated, management really sucks.
When there at 10.50am,there’s a huge crowd.
& the sale already started (eventhough it stated 11 am).
Manage to get in by 11:55am.
I would say its worth it.

I mean, yeah the management sucks & theres a lot of people (who could blame them, its a designer warehouse sale)
I love MD, and I’m so glad they include their Fall/Winter 08 collection in this sale.
They didn’t mark up the price so its a real bargain to buy their stuffs.
Example blouse RM139.90 (ori RM569-RM299), trousers RM89.90 ,shoes RM69.90-RM169.90 (ori RM169.90-RM459.90) ,and a lot of belts ,jackets and other clothes as well.

    No fitting room ofcourse.

    Hi everyone,

I went at about 11 plus this morning. I thought it was going to be at the big open space on the LG and I was so shocked at the long queue, I decided, it’s not worth the wait. And I’m thankful I didn’t judging from everyone’s comments here. :) Actually went to their warehouse sales last year which was held somewhere near Jaya One and it wasn’t bad because that is a big space. This is the same place that they hold the Times Bookstore Warehouse sale sometimes. Definitely a better venue.

    April 30th, 2009 @ 8:55 pm

For Zara, yes, most of the clothes looks old stocks and very dusty (been to their previous sale in hamodal, same clothes still there).
Still, you can find something that u might like, example cardigan RM39.90.
A lot of shoes (both flat and heels ),they sorted pig lining and normal ones (but ada la yg sesat masuk),more than MD.
    A lot of belts.

For guys, yes, there are casual & work wears. (t-shirt, jacket, ties)
A lot of shoes too (casual (ex:suede and “converse like” and work shoes).

Tons of trousers from Zara for ladies and gents.
    TRF from Zara also available.

Few bags from MD and Zara. (thinking already sold out),but quite nice la the bags~

Q up for 1 hour (have to U-turn some more). But its slow, not because of payment(there’s about 8-10 counters).
Its because we had to go through the trousers section, so jam with people searching for stuff+people who r Q’ing.

Overall, if you want to find something, go early.
    And leave early as well.
Totally worth it if you know the stuff well (especially MD ; ) )
    Hope I provide enough information~
    Good luck.. ; )

    April 30th, 2009 @ 9:05 pm

I don’t give a damn if the stuffs are 99% off the price tags. The issue here is that we as smart consumers have to VOTE with our MONEY.

The organiser do not give a damn to manage the sale well or to care for the well-being or safety of the customers who pay.

Then why should the customers pay to be treated like trash, which some of the items are – like trash.

This is selfish on the part of the organiser & by law the organiser or the complex owners could be in trouble breaking public safety & fire regulations.

The crowd were swelling & leaning against the glass railings & the staffs used a loud-hailer to ask them to get away from the glass. There would be an UGLY scene if any of the glass railings break like the glass door were broken.

  99. fred
    April 30th, 2009 @ 9:14 pm

I agree with gami. To add – the people were only asked to not lean on the glass railings after the glass door was broken.

Question – what if the glass railings break first before the glass door?

You’ll see people plunging down at lest 20 feet below. See pics at [http://www.twitpic.com/49h40/full]

Is the potential tragedy worth your savings of couple of hundred ringgits? – for some old trashy items & being treated as trash?

i arrived at 10am, the queue was very long already. when the organiser open the door, those who were behind me rushed to the front. CRAZY!!! i personally feel that zara’s clothes are not worth to buy cos most of them were sold during the final clearance at the boutique, same price or slightly cheaper!!! MD is worth it. mostly 80% discount but at the time i left, most of the nice ones gone..

    April 30th, 2009 @ 10:35 pm

    hello guys!!

i went to their sale today! arrived at 11am and stuck to que until 12:15am. the funny thing is because they went for lunch break! so thats y we had to wait for like 15-20 mins. ive never been to any warehouse sales that didnt replace their staffs! this is my first time!

when i went in, there’s a lot of wagons that has zara clothes selling at rm19.90. manage to get myself 6 clothes which im very2 happy to have it as their selling price mostly around rm129-rm199. i will update tmrw maybe. i will post all my clothes to my blog and u can judge whether it can go to bins @ not. well, i dont think so! u have to really dig it and find things that valuable for u.

yes i admit the que was very long even a lot of ppl trying to cut my que. but u have to co-operate wif the persons that incharge so that they can do something for u.

overall, i might say th que was very2 bad, d management staffs was lousy but depends wut kind of things that u wud be looking out for. as for me, im very happy to go but very tired after almost 3 hours inside which 2 hour itself to find for good bargain things. =)

Went there this morning. 10am arrived and able to entered around 11am.

Zara, Pull & Bear shirts for men – limited size and quantity. Most of them, out of dated design and colour. Shoes – I was not dare to touch. Pig skin lining shoes mixed up with canvas shoes in the bin. Trousers / Jacket quite a big number there but that was not my intention. Ladies section, I don’t know. But I advise u all to come early at 10am if u want to come. Otherwise, please stay at home or buy at boutique je lah.

My damage only RM200. Managed to grabbed 1 l/s hooded shirt, 2 l/s collar shirt, 1 s/s shirt & 1 l/s shirt. All from Zara.

i think u have got me wrong. I am not against ppl who look for bargain, that is Y i am also looking at SNS. But the bottom line is we must make sure we are safe and shop with peace.
and wat I wrote was abt this Zara sales , NOT all sales.

as wat gami and fred said, Y we shd we pay ppl to be treated like this.
Is the potential tragedy worth your savings of couple of hundred ringgits?
I totally agree with this statement!
that was Y I urged ppl not to join this sales to avoid tragedies from happen..

went there after work around 4.30pm. The queue WAS VERY VERY LONG even though they diverted it into 2 sides left and right.
so many people that you have to squeeze yourself through to search for good bargains.
Saw a Zara jeans size 6 for RM19.90 only!…many tried to use the end corner as their fitting room. Many clothes/jeans were thrown on the floor. I need some fresh air after 15 minutes. That was the end of my first WAREHOUSE sale experience!

I was there at 11am. Queue for almost an hour but i’m still half way frm the entrance. Decided it’s a waste of time. Went for the adidas sales instead. Bought 2 super star sport shoes for RM100 & RM150. Good bargain!

    April 30th, 2009 @ 11:43 pm

After went for NIKE rubbish warehouse, me n my other 2 sisters arrived at Cineleisure at 11.40am n we saw massive queue at Ground Floor. Seriously dropped dead people pushing both side to enter the entrance n no good queue from left side of the entrance but applause for right queue for their high intelligent queue.

Even though with 8 months pregnant, I managed to get inside after 1 1/2 hours queueing. After glass brake, sliding door came out from the railing n the management started to divided both side equally to enter the entrance.

Enter inside is another things, you can see massive throwing clothes, troussers, shoes n others stuff happen! Price range started from 19.90 untill RM139.90++ for women n men for pull n bear, MD n also ZARA. But the best things is you find good quality clothes n stuff becoz its fully imported around the world n not made in Malaysia, Indonesia n Thailand.

Many sizes from M,L n XL so don’t worry for big sizes coz I managed to grab a few pieces for myself as I’m a big sizes women plus I’m pregnant. I managed to grab also a few socks for RM9.90 n RM19.90 for myself n hubby. Its pull bear brand n zara basic. I can’t find MD socks but grab MD green tie for rm19.90.

As usually there are people who really like to cut other people queue like old nyonya n also a few foreigners who doesn’t know how to queue. HELLLO, behave people behave! Other people also like to end their transaction earlier.

For those who want to go for the warehouse, make sure bring small bag, wear light shirt n jeans n also no-no high heels because ur legs will get cramp as u queue for the entrance n also cashier n also while searching thing u might step other people toe.

As for the management, pls take note massive warehouse happening around KL like our frens suggest such as FJ Benjamin, branded fragances, metrojaya. They done really good jood in human management.

Picture of the madness, pls click at my nick to view.

  114. Jeremy
    May 1st, 2009 @ 12:02 am

This is the worst warehouse sales that I’ve ever been to.

The guys section is like a total wreck, not many choices and most of them are still very pricy, not a warehouse sales pricing at all. G2000 sales is way way much better.

There are some Pull and Bear trousers around RM 69.90, but only size XL or XXL available. This kind of price, you can get it during their sales in boutique.

It’s a waste of time and waste of energy… If you wanna go, please estimate 1.5 hour just to get in, 1.5 hour just to pay for the stuff.

  115. jeff
    May 1st, 2009 @ 12:03 am

    May 1st, 2009 @ 2:39 am

You girls can yell VIVA while we guys can scream GILA. Men’s clothing is only 1/5 of all there stocks there, crammed at a little corner with very limited sizes, mostly being L and up. Got squeezed like a sardine for 2 hours since 11a.m before allowed entry. Good luck to men not heeding this warning and decided to go later today.

  117. In-side-der
    May 1st, 2009 @ 2:41 am

As a person working from the inside – many many apologies..
Thank you for your comments. Queue especially will be better.

    Some clarification :
    - Stocks are not THAT old, oldest being 1 ½ yrs old, mostly 4-6 mths old
    - Probably stocks look old cos people were throwing them around and stepping on them
    - Massimo price tags are originally yellow, not white
    - Zara is from Spain, so the price tags will have the Euro price, not stocks dumped from the European countries
    - The stocks came from the stores and are consolidated for the warehouse clearance
    - Normal Zara sale is of course much better – but this is the Warehouse Clearance
    - All prices are lower than what you can find in the shop

    On the Queue :
    - Agreed that it was uncontrollable and could be much much better, but the security tried to control with not much success cos NOBODY wanted to listen and coorperate
    - Past warehouse clearances not much queue, this is the first mad rush
    - There was a queue in the morning, but as soon as the door opened, everyone forgot the queue and rushed in
    - Crowd inside had to be controlled, hence 10 -20 pax entry at a time, never 5
    - The 15-20min break at noon was not to facilitate lunch, it was to reduce the crowd in the shop before more could come in

It was crazily massive. Queued for around 2 hours before I was let to enter. Cos since I came all the way, why not just die die go for it. Once I entered the stupid small area, I was dumbfounded. We could not even move from rack to rack. How stupid. People were just standing in a queue to go to the back where there were lots of trousers available. The shoe section was not very nice either. Bleh. And, clothes were all thrown on the floor and people were stepping on them. There were no fitting rooms! Came out with 2 items and that’s it. If I knew it was like this, I would never even give a thought to go for this stupid warehouse sales. Never ever.

I was utterly disappointed. If it was like last year, where they held near Jaya3, it was still bearable. Man, I’d rather pay the extra ringgit to purchase stuffs frm their retail store, than to be treated like this. STUPID! *red-faced*

As i’ve expected from zara sales where even they are having a final clearance at their store, those baju were very poorly displayed and the conditions of the baju were sooo bad. Even they are on sale, that didnt meant that you (zara) should sell us a junk from your store room. I dont even bother to go to this warehouse sale. You guys (the management) should learn from other brands before even thinking to do your own warehouse sales!

I went to their first warehouse sale…somewhere in Corus Hotel (the best so far…) then, i went last year at Dataran Hamodal (bearable)
Now, im not risking myself for this warehouse sale in Cineleisure…(it might be location wise but…if your management cant afford to control the crowd it would be useless)

Frankly, i am recessionista but i wont buy cloths that had been torn up and look fughly ugly due to massive people dump and throw these apparels on the floor and accidentally step on it .Management need to control the crowd..u guys have overwhelming publicity in the net and “so called” strategic location. Please ensure your product in good condition or they just might be wasted (massive crowd lanyak2 alreadi)

I went there yesterday afternoon aboubt 330pm, queue was long, 2 rows of queue, just wonder those people no need to work today ?? My aim is MD, when I went in after 30min queue, luckily went to the right direction where MD stocks, but most of ‘lastest’ (last year Nov/dec design) were gone, left with very limited sizes. Was there about 03 hours, saw many clothes were thrown on the floor, people stepped on it, and also those hangers. People also use corners as ‘fitting rooms’, those unwanted clothes, they just drown on floor and left ! I just wonder why cant everyone be little corperative, just left those unwanted clothes in the box or hang on the shelf. I saw the MD staff (onluy 02persons), non stop collect the clothes and hangers. Prices for MD stuff are quite cheap especially long pants, unless you know the sizes otherwise quite difficult to try. Those quality long-sleeve shirts about RM 139. During MD outlets sales, the prices were about RM 169-199. Some good quality knitting clothes were about RM 89, during the outlet sales it was about RM 139. So little saving but very ‘heart pain’ to see those wanted clothes left on the floor with some foot prints !
I love this brand cos of the quality, so the damage was RM 500,total 7pcs (2pcs @RM139 each).

Sounds like there is improvement for crowd control. What have we become. Just because the clothes don’t belong to us, we have no respect for it. It is reflective of our society’s ills. It isn’t right to treat clothes with such disrespect. SNS readers, sure we’re more civilised. Funny, someone mentioned here that there were many good looking people but if they behave worse than animals, what’s the point?

to in-side-er, i went there on the first day and arrived at 11am, i got inside only 1 hour and 15mins later! CRAZY LAH WOI! your management planning sucks big time! next time u should tell your boss or whoever planned this warehouse event, to be more creative and open-minded. and here’s my opinion on your clarification:

    On the Queue :
    1) security? what do you mean by security?! i bet those who guarded the main entrance aren’t the real and qualified security people!! where got security ppl yelled and shouted at people! gila unprofessional! of course lah nobody was willing to co-operate, what u expect ppl will listen to you ke after u told them to queue when at the first place THERE WAS NO BLOODY GOD DAMN PROPER LINE FENCE OR SOMTHING!

    2) let me quote what u said in point 3 “There was a queue in the morning, but as soon as the door opened, everyone forgot the queue and rushed in”
oii next time lah, use proper tools to guide the people with the line. put lah fence ke apa, from this i can see that the management people were trying to cut cost!

3)in-side-er, i bet you and the rest of other shoppers know that this is a WAREHOUSE SALE, couldn’t you expect or at least use your mind lah to have the idea that PEOPLE LIKES WAREHOUSE SALE, and this of course will attracts zillions and zillions of people, next time rent a bigger venue lah!

    4) and about the 15-30 mins break; hello! dont lah tried to fool us, i was queueing there and i heard your staff saying that u guys are having 30mins break, at that time u didnt explain about trying to reduce the crowd. gila coverline!

    and so my conclusions are,
    - that venue u guys rent there used to be a bar/club; i bet since the club tutup kedai, the club owner there gila desperate to pay debts and such, and thats why they rent out the venue at a cheap price. u guys kononnya were trying to cut cost, that’s why u rent there. blah ah! find bigger venue next time please!

    - how in the world lahh u guys decided to have it there? seriously? the place is SMALL, people macam org gila trying to find clothes and the security was bull**** gila! only after the crowd grew wilder lah baru nak pasang tali rafia as a line! hoi gila nak cut cost like gila!

    - and, make sure your cashier counter run smoothly lah. check lah your cash machine first in the early morning. i was queueing to pay, and suddenly u guys said the machine got some technical difficulties. HAHAHAHAHA. again, gila nak cut cost!

PLEASE LEARN SOMETHING FROM THIS MISTAKE! U GUYS AS A MANAGEMENT PEOPLE, FAIL MISERABLY!

    To In-side-er,

We do not need clarification from you.
    We WERE there, remember??
We are giving feedback as per our experience and our point of view as CUSTOMERS.
We were the ones who queued, shopped and paid.

You on the other hand work there. Unless if you own the company, dont take it personally.

So pour arrangement frm ZARA.Management CURVE shud advise as main Land Lot to who ever Organiser wanted to do such as WAREHOUSE SALE in MEGAMALL. .
I don’t think so this kind out layout floor plan will approve by BOMBA. .If Emergency ? ?
Walkway for customers shud have atleast 2.5 metre in between.
What happen is Megamall CUrve power trip or Blackout/No power supply ? ?
No enough Fire Door for all loyal Zara customers. .What happen is the location was trip coz fire ? ? where this people run away ? ? No Signages/Singboard Exit door ? ?
No enough baricade/Q-stand at Main Entrance ? ? NO enough ventilation air ? ?
    Security is suck ? ? no manner & so rude ! ! !
Chinese women i think from Management no friendly to all customers. .She a bit bluur..
Asking her about this . .why this happen & mgmt no prepare & study in advance ? ?
    she answer . I don know . .i don know . .Wat a suck answer rite ! ! !

I went there on the 1st and 2nd day. It was horrible on the 1st day but lesser crowd and more organized on the 2nd day with the Q line. The staff manning the counter were extremely busy as crowd was pouring in like gushing water but they were not rude at all. Managed to grab different items for these 2 days. I guess they would do the replenishment every different hour. Will drop by again this evening and the last day to hunt for stuff!!!

i suggest the management learn from their mistake on how to control the crowd then re-organize it again to another venue.
Due to economic crisis, who could resist a warehouse sale after all esp with these brand

hope to see another your warehouse sale again this year with better location (1st time u did at Corus hotel then Dataran Hamodal)but do improve in your crowd management skill.

i agreed that place is too small for the warehouse sales, i think the management didnt expect the crowd. After reading all the comments, believe the organiser would learn to have better improvement in next coming warehouse sales. But, shoppers, please also learn to be a well manner also, please remember to queue. Dont throw those clothes on the floor, just imagine if you manafer to find a right size for yourself but it is with foot prints, will it spoilt your mood ? If everyone has a consideration of others, everyone will be happy to have a good warehouse shopping ! Those shoppers tried the clothes at the corner, and left those unwanted sizes on the ground. Cant just make a little efforts to put them back to the shelf box, so that other shoppers have the chance to get the right sizes. Because of this, some shoppers have to search and gather at the corner, and cause the ‘traffic jam’ !
This is my little opinion …no offence to anyone. Just hope that we can be better & well educated Malaysian.

i only bought a skinny khaki pants at rm19.90 (damn cheap.i love) and a workpants rm49.90.
so cantik the material.though sebesar alam they stated made in china.HAHAHAHA.eh.material good so don’t mind bout dat.

but then all the baju were piled up like a hill and some were torn off.
i think they must take off the metal thing.it is not a boutique sale.it’s a warehse sale.
    and staff will guard right?
