Yes….what layang2 said is exactly what happened. Not worth lahh…Q under hot sun/ even shielded also damn hot, not enough to cover sufferring cost, UV, time taken, parking fee, petrol & etc…….

Hey, I just read Miu blog, she went to a lot of warehouse sales, but this one is not worth going discount is from 30% to 40%
Not worth queueing for hours under hot sun, getting into crowded hall, and finally grab something that only discount 30 percents!
Yup guyz..u must ready 2 suffer all da long Q + heat + park.fee etc. must go there B4 7.30 or better still 7 in da morning if u really into this sale…
what layang-layang said is true, d 1 day sale is last yr n is da worst i hv ever been to, tho i’ve managed 2 grabbed few things that wanted 2 buy..after da long suffering Q..sigh..!
Was there last year,nothing great. Bought a Shu lipstick and Biotherm make-up base. Lipstick has good texture but I wouldn’t say I would really buy again unless i liked the color alot. The base had a pretty dated manufacturing date and i wasn’t familiar with the retail price.It was just about 35% discount off retail but the ones on retail had better SPF and different,newer packaging. It did give me minor breakouts. It should be 50 even 70% discount.
I chose these brands because their products are not animal tested. I hope more and more babes and handsomes will also think about the ethics of the company. It is cruel to have animals going blind, suffer and die for the sake of our vanity. If we can try to be a little kinder, we can do more even if it means not using the best foundation or mascara. I have friends working in some of this branded cosmetics companies but because the products are animal tested, i get (very) tempted but i gotta live by my word eventhough. Do yo feel my anguish? It does feel good in the end. Trust me,you will get over it!There are so many brands out there that have strong ethics. Big companies like Body Shop,Clarins,Clinique,Bobbi,Stilla are better. Nobody’s perfect.Try to support businesses who not only care about their bottom line but also are genuine about doing it with good conscience. This also includes human rights,animal rights beyond the co. XYZ donated blah blah blah to ABC charity. Some are just doing it because they have to get good publicity. We all are smarter than that!

but always FAILED to grab it during the last parkroyal or even at their uptown HQ
really really crazily long queue…if anyone is going better be sure to eat a HEAVY BREAKFAST

previous loreal luxury product sales held at jaya 33, pj, late 2008 is a worse warehouse sales i think, most of the product(especially skincare) is old old stock, that might had gone trough few warehouse sales stock, the packing is old, and the box is kemek-kemek, and the manufacture date is all 2006 or 2007 (thats mean 2-3 years ago).
previous sales is not crouded at all, is a friday, i reach there around 11 till 12++, not many ppl as i thought. skincare side really dun hv ppl, u can stop at the counter and check 1 by 1. fragrance still ok, i saw many ppl come out with items in theri hands. cosmetic is the best part i think, cos shu uemura is still very good deal, many eye colour and cheek colour is gone when i reach there, but i manage to grab some cleansing oil, just leave the premium a/i cleansing oil, but the sales gal said morning time got all 5 colours, and the pink bottle is the most selling fast product.
i hope this time warehouse will be better than previous.

blossom, try the warehouse sales 1st. If not mistaken, last warehouse sales in Jaya 1 they sold 2 boxes for $150, mfr dec 2007.
I just call shu sunway, they said they discontinue this mask liau, but they have a new whiterning massage scrub+ mask 2 in 1, the SA said u go there they can do FOC demo 4 u, then u can see instant result, no purchase required.
or else u try Lancome whiterning mask which they have offer in last warehouse too, with the wipe off essence + sheet mask also quite reasonable price, i also tried, after remove the mask can see more transulant skin the next morning, effect last for 2 – 3days, happy shopping
FYI, i m currently using Locittane cream mask, Lancaster hyrdating cream mask, Laneige sleeping & also yoghurt mask, Estee Resilliance Radiance mask, Shu whiterning mask at the moment, 2-3 days 1 different mask b4 i sleep, sound scary, right ?

you are very hardworking you must have very fair and beautiful skin, no you didn’t frightened me at all. all the above masks used by u, i could only tell you i am using the laneige sleeping mask, i don’t use the rest. it’s good to have beauty regime like yours. when ones have nice skin everything will looks good on you.

, the clansing oil is good for whole face make up remover and even water proof mascara, although they claim that after use don’t need to double cleanse, but i found it NO, better double cleanse again, if not might have some biji biji on your face after 1 week use, toner the deep sea range is quite good honestly speaking, basically i found their product ok

when i left there at about 10.30am, the q was until level one ( location of sales is at level 2). all the girls are gather at the shu uemura counter.

I just bck from ther, I went out from my house at 730, reach ther about 830am, luckily i managed to Q at the very first batch (other than VIP), and very happy because i grap what i want to get. My bill cost me RM1460 for 11 bottle of perfume, all from Giorgio Armani and Ralph Lauren. Very worth it. Really a lot of peoples queueing until ground floor, really crazy, but until second batch of people, all the giorgio armani and ralph lauren perfume already sold out, so damn fast, if wanna grab these perfume, really need to be ther early!

i went this morn ard 11 am…managed 2 get in by 12.15pm..luckily it was worth it…there were more perfume ranges this round…what me n my sis bought:
1. ralph lauren romance men & women 100ml each = rm280 (it was packed 2gether)
2. ralph lauren style 75 ml = rm120
3. armania mania men 50ml = rm120 (i grabbed d 2nd last box)
4. polo black 75ml + deo = rm130
5. armani code women 50ml edt = rm100
when i went back 2 get another box of ralph lauren romance n r.l style, it was gone-finished! within juz 15mins..
anyway, the payments were very fast…

i reached at parkroyal at 9:45pm and had to que from level 2. =( so i went in around 10:45pm and straight to survey all those perfumes. i must say this sale wasnt satisfied me at all as the mfg date mostly around 2006 and the prices around rm120. so this sale is not a good bargain for me. but i bought myself d last box of chacarel anais anais EDT 100ml for RM60 only. it is a demonstrative tester but im quite satisfied as tester usually had strong smell rather than usual they were selling it. i bought armani code EDP 50ml for RM120. the mfg date was in 11/06 but since this perfume had made my fingers on it, so i just took it. but when i want to get another box, d EDP had sold out already. lucky me! =) i think lancome was very overpriced compared to another perfumes luxury division. this sale wasnt really good enuff to my expectation to call it as a good warehouse sale.

the SHu Uemura counter was packed cos of its good bargain. alot of lancome skin care left maybe due to mfg old stock. perfume was in great bargain but the lady that manning the counter not friendly , attitude prob,hehe . other than that all counter ladys are fine.

Most of the product is worth buying except for lancome it quite pricey.To whom is a fans of chacarel perfumes it is worth buying cause most of their perfumes selling is EDP.I did’nt see any giorgio armani cosmetic.For Khiel’s product i don’t think is a good bargain.most of the bottle like shower gel is not in a good condition and looks very old.per bottle of lavendar shower gel cost u about RM 25.Should reduce price to RM 20 or RM 15.Me waiting for their next sale cause i miss to by biotherm product.

true the manufacturing date are very old. Mostly 2007 and 2006. Some even 2004 but these they are selling for a song.
Funny thing the previous years sale, all these promoters including Loreal staffs say skincare/cosmetics can keep 3 years. Now that they have those very very close to expiry, they say can keep 5 years! (but provided if skincare kept in non sunny areas).
So what are they trying to do????
But this time the EDTs are very cheap for Armani. And the mfg is 2008!! Usually i go for the comparison rate of 100ml for RM100 (very worth it). 100ml for RM200 (that okay but u can find better value). 100ml for RM300 (might as well buy it at the counters). haha.

hi irene, you may try to call their office and speak to the right person. but, most of the time things bought at warehouse sale can’t be changed/returned etc. just be careful in the future.
