After reading previous comments, really can’t decide whether want to go or not. In fact I’m looking for a washer, but if not worth, it will wasting my effort to travel sooo far & so early. Bcos my personal opinion is, if I really rushing there & just grab one (prev. comments said finished fast), with limited time or not at all, I don’t even have chance to obtain opinion & advise of the models as diff models will sure have their diff advanges. I really don’t want to come home & regret.
Hi,
can anyone let me know, how much cheaper are the electrolux stuff in this warehouse sale?
I’m looking particularly at fridge, 2 door, maybe about 250+- liters.
1) Is it like 10-20% cheaper then market, or is it like 50-70% off market?
2) Are they new units? refurbish units? second hand units? show units? anyone knows?
Thank you in advance. hopefully somebody can answer this for the benefit of everyone
Does anyone know if there were breadmakers sold during the last sale?
electroluxs goods are good but i am not used to front loading washing machine. though it saves on water but comes to detergent you have to buy low suds which is quite expensive. but, it’s a realiable brands la. happy shopping.
Someone told me that front loading washer take 1-2 hrs to complete one cycle. This will of course leading
Someone told me that front loading washer take 1-2 hrs to complete one cycle. This will of course leading to high electric bill.
Yes. For a single cycle almost take 1-2hrs. But for quick washing, it takes less than 1hr. I still can maintain electricity bill less than RM20 a month. One week about 2-3times full load washing.
Dear Lulu,
If you plan to buy a washer, my advise would be to come early.
Dear Electroluc Buyer,
Electrolux goods on sale that day can go as low as 50% off the market price, depending on the products. The products sold consists a mix of both new and demo units.
Dear Lyminn,
No, Electrolux do not sell bread makers. Electrolux has ovens, though.
Dear Blossom,
Front loading washers are more gentle to your clothes and is also more hygienic as they use hot water to wash your clothes.
Dear Lulu,
All front load washers take an average time of 1-2 hours due to heating up the water for washing. Anyway, all Electrolux washer has Cold Wash function and allows you to control the water temperature. Electrolux has a Time Manager range that can reduce washing time to as low as 20 minutes, depending on the soil level. This range of washers also allows you to alter the washing time based on the clothes dirtiness.
Hi, can I know the price range for hood, hob, oven and vacum after sale. TQ
Hi Electolux,
“…Electrolux has a Time Manager range… ” , just wanted to know what model will have such specialities & will it be available in this warehouse sale ? By the way, is your washer power consumption be high ? normally from what range to what range ? TQ.

they cut down the fridge price to 50%!!however, the quality is not as good as the new one…the oven is lack of accessories..i have to call the customer service to arrange the parts that are missing..even have to pay for the light that’s missing in the sale…their salesperson pun giving different opinion..one person come n told me that i can hv the parts for free..the other one cakap i hv to pay bcoz the product with missing parts..better try first takut anything not functioning larrr…but one thing for sure…u hv to come before they open, n as soon as they open, run straight to the items u want to purchase…kalau tak for sure sold out!!fast selling items – oven, fridge

Hi Electrolux, will you all be selling Blondal water filter there? If yes, how many % discount? How much cheaper (in percentage) are the vacumm cleaner and hood compare with usual outside price? What will be the payment method like?
i bought vacuum from last w.hse sale. price rm150 kot compared to 250 outside. but the price of higher end vacuum more or less the same. i bought another one in harvey norman during sale at rm299 from rm350 np. at the w.hse sale selling rm300.

Hi Electrolux/Swedish Electrolux,
Do you have Zanussi Hobs in this warehouse sale?
I bought a Zanussi Hood (chimney type) from your warehouse sale last year and desperately looking for a matching Zanussi Hob.
Appreciate your reply. Thanks.
Anyone can give me suggestion if I want to buy front loading washer that can also wash my also my king size comforter, so for 7kgs/ 8kgs machine sufficient or not, because I’m not too sure front loading & top loading any differences when come to this function whereby I dont think top loading can do it unless > 10kgs. I will appreciate for your advise.
Plzz…..I need the info a.s.a.p. I’ve visited the M’sia Electrolux website last night & noticed that they said 8 kgs can go in a king size blankets, not comforter…. For those have experience in 7 / 8 kgs one, kindly let me know on this…..bcos if really suit my needs, I need to go earlier tommorrow. TQ.
Me too interested with Lulu questions.
Me too
hello everyone…
awe man! missed the sale la…when’s the next one, please?
I managed to buy EWF1073 (7kgs ) at RM 1998, this is the only set, with some minor scratches at the side, quite happy with it but a bit worry abt it as this is warehse sale item & moreover I never use front loading washer before, hope it will be in good order as it is still on the way sending to my hse with charges of RM110.
Dear Lulu,
My machine says 8.5kg & I can wash my queen comforter no problem.
Can’t be bothered with front loaders cos it takes much longer to wash and you can’t usually add more clothes if you forgot to, earlier. It washes cleaner because it uses hot water though.
You are bound to wash the item more than once (becos washing is an ongoing thing) anyway, so it’s going to get cleaned the 2nd time, if not the 1st, assuming there are stubborn stains.
By the way, I’m using Toshiba top loader 8.5kg.
And yep; I always use a netting bag (RM5) but not for the comforter of course.
One messy warehouse sale, I arrived there like 8.30am and there was queue of about 20+ people ahead of me. So I follow the line behind as a civilised person. The queue became longer like till about 40+ people right before the door opened. Right after the doors opened, all hell broke lose. Everyone just went mad rushing in, turning into a barbaric personality just because of a warehouse sale. Thank god, they weren’t giving out money else will be bloodshed.
So, the crowd rush in to grab the stuff that they wanted, within 20minutes all washing machine was taken up. Dryers, fridge, hob, hoob and etc was still available. I wanted to get a dryer and washing machine. Manage to grab hold of a dryer. But failed at washing machine. But they implemented a 60 minutes holding time on each items.
If after 60 minutes is up and item is not paid, the item will be for sale again. However, this created 2 problems which Electrolux failed to recognised. 1stly, many of the buyer just grab hold/put their name down on the items without even considering. Meaning a single person can put down the names onto like 4 washing machine eventhough he/she intends to purchase one only. THIS REALLY PISSED ME OFF! Malaysian turned into KIASU people as well as INCONSIDERATE ANIMALS!
2nd problem is Electrolux staff didn’t even had any clue on how to implement the 60minutes holding time. No one was in charge to execute the system. BIG BIG ERROR. End up quite a lot of stuff left behind after the crowd left. But those that failed to purchase stuck around until the items wasn’t pickup by anyone, then new buyer bought the items. I did the same, I stuck around until a couple gave up a washing machine because they just put down their names blindly. @#$%! Couple. So did many people.
Lastly, Electrolux also failed to implement a speedy payment counter and an organised system for the warranty. Just a MESS! Fagor warehouse sale had a much better system.
Thank God I got my items. Hopefully, the items will last me for several years before I need to go to another warehouse war zone to make a killing.
I grab a vaccum cleaner with model: z1660 cost me only RM180.00 (half the retail price). Quite happy cause get the cheap item. The item so called B stock. I believe some B stock is return product from customer. But they did change some parts to make it looks new. Just a bit worry this vaccum cleaner only can last me 1/2yr. Cause the waranty only 1/2yr. I start use it today. It’s look ok for us.
Thx Athena, anyway I have bought the washer from Electrolux….so only hoping that it will be in order…
I actually reached there abt 8.55am & saw all ppl already inside & I in fact wondering is my watch not accurate or they open earlier. I bought my set after waiting 1 hr+ beside the washer hoping that the person will give up & finally I managed to “force” the staff to check out for me as the it was more than 60 mins grace period as mentioned on the paper, supposing offer lapsed automatically if no payment was made & instead of the staff calling these ppl as this is the fair way for others. I saw a woman holding 8 pcs of the booking forms & hanging around to do survey. I eventually managed to get the unit although my first priority is EWF1082 (8kgs) RM2.5k+ whereby the buyer paid promptly & I got no hope on that unit (also 1 unit only).
Finally, I received my unit at 7.00pm & when the delivery ppl unloaded from the lorry, to my big supprise, I saw some water came out from my washer. So is that to say that this is the 2nd hand unit ? If not, how come have water inside ? Washer normally will have display unit but not demo unit, right ? I remember the staff told me this unit is very new model & the scratches due to they move around the unit & never mentioned abt used item. If I knew that it was 2nd hand unit, even 50% off also won’t consider at all. None of my household’s item were 2nd hand. I really need ELECTROLUX explanation on this issue. I can only bear with minor scratches or dented but not USED ITEM !! >_<
did anyone spot small items there like a hand mixer…?
The discounts are good but if there are only one or two units per model available for sale, then I would say Electrolux shouldn’t advertise, they should sell amongst their staff-family and friends. Many might have been disappointed and left empty handed. Again the ugly side of Malaysians has shown up again. Shame, shame, shame. Lebih baik tinggal atas pokok tak payah banyak-banyak benda, tak payah rebut-rebut. Oh how, mungkin pokok-pokok pun nak rebut since our jungles are shrinking. I think all warehouse sales unless there are ample stock should have a number system like in banks coz we sure don’t know how to handle ourselves. Don’t want a ‘Zara’ again!wink-wink
Electrolux,
My problem same with Lulu. I bought a washer and I saw some water came out from my washer. Can u explain if this is a 2nd hand unit ? If right, why don’t you mentioned earlier???
Eve, is the vacuum the yellow color one? coz i went to harvey norman, it’s cost only rm140.00. I wonder why harvey norman can sell alot cheaper then electrolux itself since its their own brand?
Electrolux,
I wonder if you could let your staff to be more polite. A chinese electrolux male staff, wearing 3/4 brown khaki pants. (forgot his name). He challenged me to buy electrolux hob. saying electrolux is the best option to have. Grade 3 tempered glass (apart from Space shuttle -grade 1 and Bullet proof – grade 2).
He wants to own my house by wanting me to bet on my house! What rubbish!?? In short, he said all other brands no good (TEKA, Fagor, Pacifica, Tuscani). All others are made in china. Only electrolux NOT made in china. Electrolux can’t afford to keep this snobbish and rude person.
Lulu & Dynas,
REALLY ?? I thought warehouse clearance is clearing OLD stocks instead of USED or so called second hand items. If they are selling used item, then is called JUNK SHOP clearance. So, if no good explanation from ELECTROLUX, I would suggest you ppl should bring this issue up as this is consider a way of cheating instead. Branded goods like ELECTROLUX should always maintain their goodwill. GOOD LUCKS guys …….
yeah, i experienced where the parts are not in full … so better be careful…
but once again, it is a warehouse sales… so what can we expect?
Humbleman,
Do you know what is the meaning of warehouse clearance ? Actually quite a lot of ppl really not clear about this. If they can just sell something cheap but cannot be used at all to customers, without realising, these customers became refuse chamber instead. Another thing is, I still believe that warehouse sale should’t include used or 2nd hand goods whereby may be used by some unknown person. I do agree with Lulu, we aspect the discount given is to compensate those dented or scratches but USED item. Whoever bought these type of goods will have the same frustration as them. Brand like ELECTROLUX should really need to maintain their image instead of doing that. We, consumer should fight for our own rights to ensure that no more ppl will get cheated.
yups….if im not mistaken no 2nd hand items.
normal item and demo only (display units)
Please use proper channel cause you still have the right as legal consumer.
Call up Electrolux customer service and demand for explanation.
If they fail. last result you can complaint to proper channel…”Tribunal Pengguna” somewhere in The Mall shopping center building nearby PWTC
Goods sold are not 2nd hand products. Electrolux needs to test the products prior putting them on warehouse sales to ensure every set (even demo unit) is working unit. Thus, no matter how they dry it, there will always have some water retained in the machine. Eletrolux provides 6 months warranty on all demo units; and if you are still worried, you can purchase extended warranty at a minima price.
I have to accept your explanation as I can’t proof on that. But, I really hope that Electrolux is genuine & sincere enough to treat their customer, otherwise this will be the only & also the last that I will buy Electrolux products.
