Do not use malaysian airlines, very bad service and rude stewards.
Wah, actually this year is have good prices. Went to Paris on 2007 paying for RM998 and 2008 prices a bit more higher but this year much cheaper (RM898). Just my two cents, anybody travel to London by AirAsia, calculate your ticket price carefully because sometimes, the price on MAS during the fair is about the same as the AirAsia price. Hence, better buy MAS tickets.
Liz: I never had experience like you, though. I received good service and even got an upgrade once to business class since got empty seats.

one way only..i don’t remember the exact amount but return plus airport tax = RM3K++ per person which is cheap compare to normal price RM5K/6K return
actually when I calculate Air Asia X ticket and Malaysia Airlines there are quite the same when you plus food airport+tax and baggage. Plus if you travel with MAS you get full service and good entertainment trust me when AIR ASIA said ‘be smart choose AIR ASIA’ only for domestic and ASEAN okay la, but for long haul flight NO WAY!
