PC fair is coming this 31 July. is it worth to buy recondition pc? any warranty?
Just back from this sales, price not much different to last year sales. LCD got HP, dell. CPU dell. The lcd from rm 200+ to 400, cpu P4 from 300 to 400+. and other old laptop.
Warranty avail for 1 to 3 months. defends on items…
I went there and bought some used Microsoft mouse for RM8 each. Quite worth it cos they can last for years.
One thing I found strange is that the price has increase for those PC. I still remember 2years back when I was buying a pc there. P4 2.26GHz with 512MB ram only cost RM370 with keyboard and mouse. It even has 3months warranty. Today, P4 2.0GHz cost RM400. I dont know who is in charge of pricing, but 2years later, spec gone down but pricing went up. I dont understand it at all. I used to recommend friends to go there to buy old pc for their office usage but not anymore if they keep their pricing so high.
Agree with Andre. I also don’t know what’s the point they doing warehouse sale. Pricing even worst than LOW YAT.
The other question is nowsaday everybody are going for CENTRINO DUO with less than 2K. Why they still can promote old CENTRINO with 1.5K, Low Yat are selling CENTRINO 1.7/1.8 with RM900. Which is not make any sense at all!! What kind of warehouse sale of this? In short, this warehouse sale in cheating consumer which is DO NOT know on what is the current market price at all!!! THE PERSON WHO SETTING THE PRICING IS REALLY A DUMB ASS!!!
