this company is very bad, my friend do complained to me their after sales service, when they try to approach you to buy , they really show they have good service, but once you pay the monet, the story is diffrent, we call them to follow up the defect of the product, their service is rude and slow, always give empty promises and end up no pick -up phone. after you call the company , all the bullshit and lies to you, becareful to all.
is it that bad… visited their warehouse sales today. considering to buy dishwasher from them… ohh maybe have to think twice then. tq jenny
Please be very careful, they deliver defective products. til today I could not get them to replace the hood and cooker
Till today,in such competitive times, you have such crappy service from the private sector. Euro brand but chinaman operations. lol. I hope all those who are thinking of buying will find this posting and think thrice!

Obviously they won’t bend over to make their customers happy but more of make them suffer and regret! Thought of checking it out,thank goodness did not waste my time and money. Thanks for sharing
previous also got bad comments, latest also got bad comment better take this promo out from SNS .. only honest seller should have the privileged to promo their sales here.. this one like a rip off.. IMHO
I agree with Shark to some extent but we should share both good and bad experiences, if it is not published, people might not be aware. If i didn’t read this posting here at SNS which i visit every few days, I might have been a victim too. As consumers we must use our rights. Maybe someone honest from Benova Malaysia will read this and do something.

I totally agree with Jenny, David and Lizzy – Benova are the worst Company that I have had the misfortune to buy something off in my 9 years in Malaysia – they are happy to take your money, but refuse to give the after sales service when something is defective, even within the warranty period, and even when the product is actually dangerous. The people are rude and full of empty promises (if you can actually get a response from them) just to delay you so that the warranty expires so they can them put all the costs back onto the customer.
I still have a RM20k fridge/freezer that I have been fighting with them for over 3 years that is no longer useable.
This is the last Company that I would ever buy off again and I advise anybody and everybody to avoid any dealings with them at all. They are a disgrace to Malaysian Products and Services industry.
