Your a flagship store, all look pretty staff but when I ask if you can provide service of opening new sample bottle; buat bodoh n layan other customer! cheh~
the dummies in the shop cnt provide sample 4 thier colored eyeliner they want to sell and clear off the remaining unwanted stock. Just because its finished doesn’t mean you cnt open a new sample bottle eh!
other than not opening a sample. staff still very well mannered n helpful.
still….. pls raise yr standards!
