i tried and it finally loaded. but it ain’t free. how come ah? what do they mean by free? is it really free of charge or..?

try to book langkawi.. get ‘o’ fare total 1 person RM 50( including insurans and check in 1 beg) agak murah.. but when u paid using c.card.. extra rm 10 where they charge rm5 per way (rm5x 2 way)…
wesite all error when click on search button…deeply dissapointed…been trying yesterday nite till this morning
successful to get 2 destinations – bali and siam reap. all 0 ticket, but include tax and others fees still need to pay rm73…
bali trip success to book by 1230 night time, then the system start cramp till 2am. this morning 6am i tried to book the siam reap trip again and successful within 10 minutes.
now the website down again
try to load using mobile.airasia.com, seems to be faster and more direct, easier to check for fare prices too! Manage to book bali tickets, pay only airport taxes 6.30 am this morning. Sandakan free seats still available at 9 am this morning. Patience pays, really, just have to keep trying.

hi Ivy, i would suggest that you try another date, it could be that for the dates that you have chosen, the allocated free seat tickets are all taken. If you notice, some of the fares for the selected destinations have different rates, depending on the day of the week (weekend likely to be higher), and odd hours flight are sometimes cheaper.
