This one was pretty ok. Managed to get a Jean Perry quilt cover set king size for only RM99, 300 thread count/cm- there was a further discount from the already discounted price of RM189. Too bad it was limited to only 3 designs and the other two were pretty ugly if not I would’ve have gotten more =) Quilts were 30 % off. And you get free gifts for certain amount you spend.

Greattt news! Hypermarkets now making Saturdays a ‘no plastic bag day’. It would be great to move on to an every day practice but it is a positive start and hope the other retailers will follow suit including warehouse sales. Ikea is the only one doing it every day, kudos to them! BYOB and let’s get greener. Reduce first, re-use/repair then only recycle. Want not waste not..

To all having functions,celebrations,parties/attending them think about using washable utensils. If not use paper. Plastic utensils like forks and spoons can be seperated, washed and re-used since that’s not so difficult to do. Use one plate and one cup, share cup with your partner, parents, siblings or kids. Waste not want not.

Say no to unsustainable living, say no to sharks’ fin soup, say no to elephant tusks, rhino horns, tiger’s teeth etc..

Let’s start living by loving and stop just existing.Happy New Year to all :)

Here’s what i am rattling on…in the papers today!
