How to Boost Immunity of children? Vitamins?

Dear MOMS,
I have 2 children aged 5 & 2. With all the recent scares of the flu & also H1N1 I am really worried about their immunity.
I feed them with Scotts Emulsion everyday but recently my daughter refuses to take it. I dunno why la. what shall I do?
Does anyone have any vitamins or supplements or probiotics to recommend? I have been hunting for the best & essentials around but there are so many brands in the market so I dunno which one to go for. There are plenty of products out there that comes with sugar in the vitamins. I want something natural. Got ah?
What do U give your children?
Honey?
Vitamins?
Probiotics?
AHA, DHA?
